Dr. Stuart McGill, the most recognized spine doctor in the sports performance world, has said that 90% of the patients he says are NOT good candidates for spinal surgery.

Fix your own back. You can do it starting right this minute. Order his soft back book Back Mechanic off Amazon or wherever for $40. It’s a very easy read and he breaks it down simple for anyone to heal themselves.

Surgery will **** you forever. Don’t be lazy - take your health into your own hands, because nobody can care as much about it as you can. There are real answers you can begin implementing right now.

I was so bad I couldn’t wash my own legs for months... I have since pulled lifetime deadlift PRs, 50lbs over pre-injury & I am largely pain free. It can be done.
oh no.. I wasn't even implying surgery as an option for me. I have never gone under the knife and never will if I have a choice. Definitely going to a Chiro to check it out though.

Any weight I lift which is above my head is really painful. Tried these on Tuesday: Double arm DB tricep extension, seated DB shoulder press, incline DB press all just hurts my lower back. It's just slowly eating away my confidence and comfort with weights. So, I just decided to take rest for the rest of the week. But, staying out of the gym is painful and depressing. I have to spend some more time on stretches and PT.

I read that it could take even a month to completely recover or if it still goes on the only way is surgery. I just hope it doesn't come down to that for both of us. Feel better man.
So don't train overhead movements. Your shoulders chest and triceps are still going to get worked from horizontal plane movements. If they don't hurt go for it.
Yes, we do have a few closer to where I live. Should I make a visit?
Absolutely!
YES! It may be the solution! I was very skeptical about chiro's at first -but they fixed me twice -now I'm a believer.

I am with HGP and Rocket here, your best bet is a good chiropractor. If not that then you may need to see a soft tissue specialist who does things like ART, most impinged nerves are alignment related, and the ones that are not are typically inflammation of the muscles around the nerve which can be treated with specific SMR techniques.

On another note, I plan to take my pics tomorrow in the AM then again Sunday after I have my carb refeed so I can see what I look like filled out. I think I might just be able to reveal some abs but we shall see what the camera catches.

Did my first real workout after a week. Mind Muscle connection and overall energy wasn't quite to the point. But, I did enjoy the workout to whatever extend I could. My lifts have gone a little weak, which I think is the lack of confidence. Have nobody else to blame but myself for putting me in this situation. Did a lot of stretching before and after the workout. Going to continue doing PT for at least a month to get me back on track.

Didn't know Chiros are really wanted here. No appointment available for 2 weeks.

This is me to the right as of today. Left is where I started and pics in the middle is 3 weeks from today. Started decent, did really good in the mid and closed horrible. lol. Underestimated what a week out of gym could do to me. closing weight is 168lbs with a nice layer of fat in the midsection.

You didn’t lose any muscle; just the pump. It comes back fast and it’s a marathon! Good job. Focus on all the things you find you can do. When my pec was strained, I squat with the yoke bar. When my back was bad, I benched & did legpress. Now could be the time you decide to start doing lots of dedicated grip training perhaps - powerful mitts transfer to everything in life.

You’re right. Just lost the pump. I really have to change my workouts for a while till my back feels 100% again.

Well like I mentioned before it took me way too long to get any traction with this one. I would dare to say that all of the progress here was during the last 4 weeks that I really buckled down. I would be shredded by now if I got it together at the beginning but that is okay. I am going to continue to lean out and see how things go.

I started at 211.2lbs and just weighed in at 205 on the nose, so 6lbs lost.

Okay so here are my pics
On the left will be the old ones... I hope that is obvious. :D

Thanks! I get to carb up tonight so for the heck of it I am going to take some pics in the AM to see what 500-800 grams of carbs does to fill out this depleted body. I haven't had more than 35g of carbs a day for the last week.

Hey definitely come on over. I keep the lg in my signature but I don't think most can see them on mobile devices. This is my normal training log. I have been updating there for a while now. http://anabolicminds.com/forum/workout-logs/276206-kleen-strong-body.html

By the way you are looking damn good. I think many of us really ended up making some nice improvements along the way.

According to my first post here i said 189lbs.. at end of “bulk” i think i hit 196lbs .. today i weight myself 186 first thing in morning at end of day when i usually weigh myself i record 188-189lbs.

My abs seem to show first and then the back lovehandles come last. So i will keep pushing through . I know u are following my cut log so hopefully in 6 more weeks.

I am right there with you in how the fat comes off. I am just very lucky to have some big blocky abs that show quickly. I would say I am still over 15% for sure but the abs peekaboo a little earl for me due to their size...

Thanks Hyde, it's amazing what a little var and contest prep style diet will do for you in a short period of time. I have 20 more days until D Day... if I can lean out a few more lbs I should look quite impressive for my day at the Waterpark. Honestly contemplating getting very lean before I start trying to do any growing or getting much stronger. We shall see how far I go with it, but if I cut for another 6 weeks I think I should be looking unreal... I know I am cutting until the 25th regardless. I will base things off of how I feel and look at that point and figure out what I want to do from there.

As much as I know most of us want some proper size, if you are on a good cutting run I’d push that as far as you can.

When the mindset is there and your shredding up may as well get bf down as low as you can. Makes everything look bigger for a start and as you know it’s a better position to lean bulk from when you eventually do

Here are my befores and afters:

firstprogressselfie.jpg

lastprogressselfie.jpg

Yesterday I weighed in at 100.5kg, so in total I lost 6.5kg (13.5Ib).

Despite failing to hit my goal weight, I am not unhappy with my progress. I am feeling a lot more athletic (hit a hoizontal jump PR of just over 3 metres a few weks back) and made some great progress with form and weight for my back squat. I have definitely learned a lot from this cut, and intend to apply this knowledge later this year for another cut, but first I must get bigger and stronger.

I started PCT last Monday with Clom at 30mg/day and 5-a-laxogenin at 300mg a day, and I have begun to notice some serious improvements in energy levels and gym feels (I was getting ridiculous back pumps towards the end of my cycle,m whch I think may have been partially attributable to the introduction of increased creatine at 30mg/day). With S4 alone, even at 100mg/day the suppression sides are negligible, however the addition of yk at 20mg/day completely devestated my libido and energy levels and actually made cutting etremely difficult. Next time I will use a better test base with this compound.

Current goals are to improve work capacity and conditioning while maintaining this bodyweight. I will taper in 3 months and test lifts to see where I am at, and then I am thinking about entering my first powerlifting competition later this year. Depending on strength and body composition, I will run another SARMs cycle for bulk or cut later this year - if I can still procure the necessary compounds.

At some stage though, I would really like to get my bodyweight down to 95kg.

This is the lightest I have been since Dec 1992, I had to go back through my training logs for a lot of years, I discovered I have logs back to 02/04/1974 - Yes 1974 !! I will also say this is the leanest I have ever been !!

Absolutely, at least in my opinion anyone who has been following along can vote.

Okay guys here is how we are going to do it. I have a pretty busy day at work so just PM me your votes for both categories winners Natty and Assisted.

I am in the assisted group, I know Whisky is, but I know I am forgetting some others and don't have time today to go look it up. We are shorthanded at work. If someone else wants to look it up I know we had a post somewhere in the last 50 pages with what everyone was considered.

I will tally everything up in the morning and let you all know who won.

These are the entrants into the competition, alongside one or two who said they are following along but provided before pics so I feel we should honor them with mentions and a placeholder that will easily show progress. At this time those are JCR97, and LiveToLift and both of them are already looking pretty damn good so they don't have fat to go!

Also here are the prizes currently up for grabs. We have a total of 7 people offering and a total of 8 products.
MrKleen73 - Alpha Bulk chedapalooza - Glycoshield Mowglisml - B-12 & LeCheek AD-3 PCT jtmass - Reign Pre-Workout JCR97 - Canadian Ephedrine - HCL 3x50 @8mg Rocket3015 - CoQ Diesel Studhorse - Premium Powders Test Infusion

Most of us are doing some sort of physique goal, mostly leaning up as would be expected. SO I think the bulk of the products should be focused there, and perhaps have a 1 or 2 products set aside for the performance side of things.

Thoughts and ideas, I will make a decision today so we have the full on rules and decisions by tomorrow.
Detailed list of starting pics and prizes above.....

Okay guys, one more time of trying to figure out what class everyone is in. So many posts in here that it is hard to keep up.

To make this easier on myself I am going to keep it really simple...

I have decided with my elbow and a few other things that I am going to be running some HGH that was given to me recently. I don't know that I will run any anabolics or not but I am going to run the HGH at 2IU a day for the next 3 months. I don't even know if it is legit but I am hoping so, the person i got it from can definitely afford good stuff so more than likely it is g2g! Either way this puts me in the Assisted category again, but I think this will be more beneficial to me and my joint health than anything else. I expect a little faster fat loss but not too much in size assistance.

If you are going to run any type of hormonal PED, whether that be a SARM, PH, AAS, Peptides, or HGH during this contest then LIKE / Thanks this post.
Duck me we chatted some **** over these pages lol - got to this one which I think shows enhanced
