10 week difference. Just wanted to share. I’m about 3 ish weeks out now from an NPC natural show. This is the hardest I’ve pushed myself in the 10 years I’ve been competing. Feel like absolute death. Went from 230ish to now 208. Started 16 weeks out

Thank you! Yeah with me i always look younger when im leaner, not sure why. Could be because i stop drinking, using any forms of thc for sleep, and really dial in my nutrition. Usually around the end of my off seasons i end up a little sloppy when it comes to nutrition intake lol.
