All gravy with me, I’ll be starting clen/ecay (2 weeks alternating each) in 2 weeks time). I’m leaning up without it in pct anyway so hopeful for a good result. Did feck my back today with heavy (for me) deads, 2 sets of 6 just under 400lbs and I’ve irritated my prolapse disc, I’ve done before and it didn’t stop me for long though....Does everyone else feel the same way, if so lets get some starting pics taken so we can check out our progress. Okay then guys, lets just get it going again now and take progress pics this weekend. Basically just a continuation, I am putting up my Alpha Bulk everybody who wants too, put what you will donate in here and we will get this rolling. Also either declare natty or assisted.

Yeah i thought he meant like actual muscle tissue by saying lbm. I had never considered water weight as part of lbm. I used to lose up to 12 pounds in a 2 hour wrestling practice so i know how much water you can lose. I used to train with some pro fighters that would cut over 20 pounds water weight over a couple days.Its possible

Yeah I got you, but without the water it is so small not to think of it as muscle as it provides the volume to the muscle fibers. No I definitely did not lose 8lbs of actual tissue.
