If we are having enhanced and natty again I’d put up some 4-ad. Planning to pin next cycle so it’s probably redundant in my stash now......

I’ll be on clen so not sure which category I’d be in

I am cutting now, on cycle. Yesterday began week 2. I am up 2lbs at least but 2 different times today people came up to the gym and said I am looking leaner...it’s a start!

Sucking the gut in is instant progress!

Lol funny thing is that’s literally the worst thing you could do while lifting, for safety and performance, yet there are really people that practice a vacuum while training.

I regularly practice vacuums while training... When theres girls in the gym... Lol not really though

If we are going to do this we have 2 options, we can pick a date now and everyone just keep on working through... like June 30th this is my personal preference... that is basically 6 weeks out.
OR
Wait another 2 weeks and then start. However if that is the case I may not end up doing it because I should be entering into a maintenance phase once I am happy with my level of leanness. It just depends... I will still put up some product like I mentioned but I know I don't have more than 6 weeks left of cutting left. I am really doing it for more accountability than anything else.


Also, unless someone else runs this challenge it will end up being the same type of voting as last time. We can do 2nd and 3rd places too if enough people are in each category I really don't want to go into weeks of trying to figure it out.

We will also need to have defined groups from the beginning as far as natty and enhanced goes.
I am enhanced for the rest of this cut, or at least the next 4 weeks.

On a personal note, I got in about 500-600grams of carbs over the weekend, not anywhere near where I expected to on my refeed but I am looking nice and full because I did a full on carb and fat heavy load! No spill over, just nice and full. I am guessing I am in between 208-210 right now after the refeed days.

Let's hear opinions and suggestions guys...

I’m game to start whenever. Will be running trest/hdrol/Mentabolan/rad140 in my computer simulator this time around. Assisted for me.

Does everyone else feel the same way, if so lets get some starting pics taken so we can check out our progress. If people still want to wait another week or two then let me know, but someone else is gonna have to run it then. :)

All gravy with me, I’ll be starting clen/ecay (2 weeks alternating each) in 2 weeks time). I’m leaning up without it in pct anyway so hopeful for a good result. Did feck my back today with heavy (for me) deads, 2 sets of 6 just under 400lbs and I’ve irritated my prolapse disc, I’ve done before and it didn’t stop me for long though....

Is it worth making a new thread simply so we don’t have the issue of scrolling back through as much to see who said what re enhanced/natty or donations etc?

Gallon of water weighs 8lb.
I go up about 6lb throughout the day normally.
Yeah i thought he meant like actual muscle tissue by saying lbm. I had never considered water weight as part of lbm. I used to lose up to 12 pounds in a 2 hour wrestling practice so i know how much water you can lose. I used to train with some pro fighters that would cut over 20 pounds water weight over a couple days.

Yeah, 75-80% of muscle is water but all LBM actually means is Lean Body Mass, so anything other than fat that makes up the bodies mass. Like hair, bones, organs and the like.

Right i knew thats what it meant but what that meant to me was like muscle tissue and stuff like that i never reLly thought about water weight being part of that lol

Yeah I got you, but without the water it is so small not to think of it as muscle as it provides the volume to the muscle fibers. No I definitely did not lose 8lbs of actual tissue. Like you said, not even sure that is possible.
