Key Ingredients of Major Gains:

Training

Training will be a mix of 5/3/1 for my big 4 lifts and I will add in hypertrophy work for different muscle groups on each day. I have taken a couple weeks off from this program and had started a very detailed program by a helpful member of AM. In fairness to this log and to be able to really test Major gains I think its best to run what I have been doing for the last 4+ months. I will be the best gauge for strength gains without a doubt!

Just throwing this in here. A Grilled cheeseburger! Went out with the wife and kids, my sister and her fam as well as my parents coming so I decided to treat myself!

I’ve been doing well sticking to my calories and getting leaner so why not live a little!

Waking up this morning I almost felt hungover from eating such a heavy meal like that. It was good though!!!

Still waiting to do my day 1 starting pics but here is today and looking maybe a little leaner than normal because this is after a 1/2 hour in the pool and over a hour long workout without any food this morning. That dang spare tire is being really stubborn!

Well a bit of a bummer from Canada Post/USPS it has the expected delivery date May 1st. Seems like the package sat for 5 days in Montreal most likely with customs. Seems like all my packages coming from the US are delayed about the same.

I want to thanks the guys at Strong as well as any of the other companies that will include Canadians in promos or ship to Canada!

Very solid workout today!

I forgot to mention my gym has a scale that measures body fat %. I know they can be very inaccurate but whatever just using it as another measurement for this log. Over 2 different days it gave me 11.4% and 11.5%. I feel like that’s too low but whatever it is what it is and I’ll use that scale to compare as we go.

Had to fight through this one. Worked all night, got to sleep around 6:30 am this morning. Slept until 10. Had a little food and hit the gym. Came home and cut some grass on my new mower that arrived today! Lol. After that I cut down some trees and dragged branches around for a couple hours.

Starting work tonight at 7:30 for another all nighter. Tomorrow morning will be a couple hours of sleep before going to load up tons of garden bricks.

Nice back and leg workout! It's probably hard to get good workouts in on your schedule with minimal sleep! I guess that's why they make pre workouts like Wild Thing;)

Oh yes it can be. My schedule is all over the place! Just getting home now and heading to bed but I should have at least the next few days of a regular schedule..
