BOSSMAN'S First supplement log on AM

I got a sample of Wild Thing at home if I remember I will try it tomorrow...
 
I really need to see about getting some samples of a few pre-workouts. Where did you get all of these sample packs at BOSSMAN? I am almost out and haven't really tried anything too new recently other than the new Mesomorph.

Always get a freebie when I order from STRONG, others that toss in freebies are **, and d*s. How do you like the Mesomorph? Pwo are crucial for me, always looking for the best, 18-19 hour days, up at 3am for workout

The new mesomorph is a solid pre-workout but does not live up to it's namesake. The energy is just not there compared to any of the previous versions. Still a solid pre, but Mesomorph set the standard for a while regarding it's intense energy and the new one does not deliver on that aspect. Great focus, decent pump, no major crash but stims are obviously wearing off by the 3 hour mark.

Yeah it has like 90mg DMAA in it, and over 400mg caffiene, some methyl epinepherin or something too. It was intense. My old favorites were that and OG Jack3d from USP Labs the original was the bomb. When I was repping they sent me over 1000 of those 3 serving sample packs, and when I left they told me to just keep it rather than mail it back. So I had Jack3d for a couple years after they stopped selling the OG version.

Needless to say, a decent pwo. Hard to fully judge because I didn't lift, although I will say this. Today was scheduled for legs, during my normal warmup I just kept going. After about 15 minutes I felt like Forrest Gump and "I was runnng" ....I have had this sample for about a month and just realized Redrum spelled backwards. .... Thanks for the sample

I have placed all my other pres in the freezer now that the new riot is out. It’s by far my favorite pre ever and that’s a lot coming from me who has tried everything. I just feel it’s the perfect mix of stims pumps and focus.

Amen. Diet is the key! Consistency in dieting over the long run is the hardest.

17,876 fit bit steps. My fit bit bit steps do not include my treadmill workouts. Another 19 hour day yesterday. Up 3am, 10 hour shift, 4 hour labor, installed mulch from previous day cleanout. 15 yards of mulch.
If not familiar with yardage, that's 404 bags of mulch. We do bulk, have it dumped, we load it in wheel barrel, walk it, dump it, then spread. Uphill, downhill. I'm sore as hell this morning

Had a simple, big, delicious dinner last night. 3 turkey burgers and 4 cups of broccoli with cheese
 
Gonna call today an off day from the gym. Got another 12 yards of mulch today. 5 yards to cut. Will be about 10 hours of manual labor.
No pwo today, just gonna get a 24oz coffee and a alpha lean.

Dang that's a lot of steps and work yesterday! I'd say you had your fair share of cardio if you include the work haha Those turkey burgers look good to!

True shred 4 caps..I'm thinking the most of what I'm getting from the 4 caps is I seem to be very hard. My whole upper body especially my back is very hard, in a good way

So off day today as far as the gym, although we are working. Yes on a sunday, we have a cemetery today. 1100 headstones to cut and weed eat around, then come back and blow each one. Another 8 hour day, all labor.

Is that black mulch becoming the “IN” thing to do? My neighbor just did theirs last summer like that. Our house is all white and we were gonna do something this summer to give it a little character.

I do like the look but can’t copy my neighbor now haha

Yes that is black, I push it hard. It's visible from far away, if you get it in bulk it stays black along time. Black bag only last about 3 weeks and turns grey. Curb appeal
 
I like the looks of the Black, or the Coco (very dark brown)
 
Today is gonna be a true off day, my body is telling me to take a break. Alarm went off at 3am this morning and just couldn't get my feet on the ground. Still have my normal 10 hour shift and 2 estimates tonight.

I'm noticing in the evenings is when the veins really are more visible in shoulders, forearms, and hands. Still very happy with this stack. Muscles are hard all day, feeling and looking leaner
 
I would say you need a day off after 26000 steps yesterday haha Enjoy the rest day and recovery day.
 
I believe everyone who has run the True Shred has noticed increased Vascularity !!

I was cooked this morning, it's 12 now, alpha lean has got me pinging again. Got some good fruit amd chicken in me and ready to start this week all over again. Wife tucked me in good last night to, so I slept like a baby
