No celebratory under 200 noodz? Mildly disappointed...

I will try to get some noodz friday. I took some in the ****ter at the gym but they were blurry. I'm not very good at selfies and my wife's phone has better quality.
I think i'm at 199 because I took 10 days off and kept my diet in check. probably just loss of muscle, Hard to tell. strength is good, energy is good!

Build it and the Noodz will come!

Xtend Preform: Workout Felt really good last night. Had great mind to muscle connection again. Endurance was great, the Xtend Perform seems to help with my mind to muscle connection.
Woke up this morning and my lower back was jacked (Must have slept on my stomach and the Platz squats does this to me some times, don’t know why because it doesn’t bother me when I do them, maybe because my legs are on fire and I can’t feel anything else. Once I get a hot shower and moving around I’m fine (Just getting a little older) got to bed about an hour late (had some FireTitan late night wife cardio again).
Little bit of DOMS in my back, the Xtend Perform seems to be helping with my endurance, after my workout I felt pretty fresh, Plus I love the taste.

Flexatril: 14th day. Finally finished my first bottle. Have 3 more ready to go. TheSolution hooked me up with 1 more bottle and I bought 2 more. That should say everything! My shoulder feels the best it has in a year. All the normal minor aches and pains in too many joints are still nonexistent! When I did my lifts my shoulder felt good. I tried hairygrandpa HEX presses. The shoulder felt great and actually felt like I was hitting my chest. Thanks Flexatril!
Gen Notes: I’m going to have to say Flexatril is for the Bomb.

Friday’s workout was very good considering when I rolled up my window when I got home the fricken window regulator went out. (Have to special order for my car) so I busted out the piece of wood I have used before to hold the dam window up. That cost me an hour. I have door panels!

Thanks my OLD friend! Hard to hit my Protein numbers when at a ball park all weekend. also about 600 cals a day under because I won't eat the crap food at the ballpark and I forgot to load up eats. Didn't have time friday after the gym, got home and had to hit the road.
Usually I pack a box of protien bars and some cold grilled chicken breast. need to get back in the swing of this long as s softball season and traveling almost every weekend.

Thanks for the kind words. (the traps are left over from the power lifting days) lol
Plus my traps grow easy like my Tris. that is why I do 1 exercise for each every other workouts sometimes. or some times I will just skip them for 4 weeks strait. no so much the Tris anymore since I can't bench. If I could just get the other muscles to cooperate I would have it made.
 
The only thing I got that grows easy is belly fat.

Xtend Perform wise: I always stick to my workout to the tee. What I have noticed the most is I'm usually beat when I finish my 1.5 to 2hr. HST workout. (Time based on how crowded the gym is). I'm comfortably tired when I get finished. This last Friday the gym was almost empty and my rest was 30-45 seconds between sets. I was still felt that good comfortably tired. I went home packed to leave for the weekend and was feeling pretty fresh. usually I would be a little bitchy when I get in a rush after my workouts.
Note: Week 7 is all negatives and week 8 is all drop sets. this will be a good test.

Flexatril is a god send as far as I'm concerned. never had anything work to help with the pain (accept pain killers and I try not to take these) and start noticing a difference so fast. I can't believe you can keep this stuff in stock?

No instagram for me.

Happy to report that I have a very slight tenderness. With how it's been affecting me this year, this is really amazing! Pretty much tells me that something in Flexatril has magically fixed my tendinosis fairly quickly, which really defies logic. And that I can guarantee I'll be back on the trails this spring.

Flexatril: 20th day. My left knee was bothering me last night after my squats. Woke up this morning pain is gone! My shoulder feels the best it has in a year. All the normal minor aches and pains in too many joints are still nonexistent! When I did my lifts my shoulder felt good, I continue to push more weight or reps every workout.

Gen Notes: Flexatril is Awesome and the Xtend Perform just keeps getting better.
