Notes:
Xtend Preform: Workout was OK. Nothing to do with the Xtend Preform, the gym was packed and I zig zagged my workout which I hate and gave me a bad attitude. (No DOMS this morning which I usually have after starting the Drop-set phase of my workout). We will see how the legs feel later today? I noticed I was peppy this morning when I woke up which is rare. only been one day so we will see if this was caused something else. (No ZMA or Sleep Aids)
The taste is great I'm usually not a big fan of Mango but this had a hint of Peach after taste which I really like.

Flexatril: Actually my 3rd day of loading. Knees feel 30% better already during my leg exercises. My Jacked shoulder hurts a lot less already during the day,I'm really stoked about this. Shoulder still bothered me when working out but I put a little more stress on it than usual with the drop sets.

Detailed log, huh? Now we get all your secrets! :)

3rd day and flex already kicking in
Oh man! It's about to get real here.

Your going to love it

I'm hoping so. I haven't changed anything from what I was doing that would make it feel better already.
Matter of fact it felt so good when I got to the gym I got on the Hammer Incline press and could actually make it go up and down at that angle. Sounds week but I couldn't do that a month ago. I put some weight on it and it was no Dice! but hey at least the range of motion is there now.
Baby steps brother baby steps!

Xtend Preform: Workout was great today. Had great mind to muscle connection, knocked out my drop- sets in 1hr. 18min. (Gym was almost empty) this helped. I felt great at the end of my workout. Not nearly as tired as I was yesterday. Its only day 2 but so far so good. Can’t say it’s the Xtend Perform yet but it’s looking promising. Plus I lost almost 4 pounds in one day! Kind of scary. I had another guy jump on the scale at the gym to make sure it was correct. Also no Doms in the legs from yesterday. this is impressive.

Flexatril: 4th day of loading. My shoulder felt a little better than usual during my Delt exercises! The pain was less and had a different feel to it for some reason. My lower back felt better than it usually does when I wake up, matter of fact I felt my right upper glute hurting from the deep hack squats from the day before instead of my lower back. That is a win in my book.

Gen Notes:
Got to bed about an hour later than usual from a little extra cardio! Woke up feeling pretty good. Don’t know if it’s the Xtend Perform but this is 2 days in a row now. Today is my off day.
Shoulder still feels great when not working out. Really loving this already.

Off day yesterday.
Took my Flexatril 3ea. AM / 3ea. PM (5th day of loading), Only had one Xtend Perform sipped it before lunch.
I think my better sleep might be from my shoulder not bothering me while I sleep. or a combination or the Flexatril and the Xtend Preform recovery benefits?
All I know is I'm feeling better and thinking I'm Pretty appreciative of The Solution for turning me onto these supplements.

Pretty stoked to say the least. I have been dealing with this Impingement and torn Labrum for almost a year now.
Don't expect a miracle healing but its nice to be pain free with more mobility during the day without taking pain killers!

Ready to hit the Gym tonight! Legs,Chest, Tri's, Caves, Abs Heavy, Shoulder rehab. Hell if my knee still feels good I might hit the stair climber.

Day 5 is when I personally felt s big difference. It was like someone reached into my knees and took the pain away. Been that way ever since too. This is gonna b great for you, especially since you r already showing signs of benefit already

I have been a flooring guy for 19 years. Glucosamine does not seem to help. I would love to order it if it helps with knees and especially shoulder joint aches

Did one set of Hack Squats: 20-10lb plates, for 9 drop sets. DAM I was spent, fell off the Hack and laid on the floor beside it for a minute. lol

Xtend Preform: Workout was great yesterday. Had great mind to muscle connection again, knocked out my drop- sets in 1hr. 9min. (Gym was semi busy) this helped. I felt a little more spent at the end of my workout than the last one, also knock off 10 min in time and hit a few extra drop sets. (Improved endurance) Its only day 4 but so far so good. Looking like the Xtend Perform is starting to shine. I gained a pound but my weight always fluctuates a pound or 2. Woke up this morning wanting to sleep some more but got to bed an hour late and had a little late night cardio as well. No DOMS, but I’m sure I’m going to get some later today in the legs.

Flexatril: 6th day of loading. My shoulder is a little sore this morning but so is my right one. Kind of over did it on the chest exercises yesterday. (Now that my shoulder is starting to feel a little better I need to watch it and not overdo my ROM). This is my last week of 12 weeks and I always over do it. As I’m typing this I have no shoulder pain at all, this is the biggest change I have noticed in just a few days, No more all day pain! Again my lower back felt better than it usually does when I woke up.

Gen Notes: The pain in my shoulder when I work out is less intense and feels different. Kind of weird?

That's awesome your shoulder is starting to feel better .. !!

I know. Its pretty jacked up and in 2 days the all day pain was gone! I will take that if nothing else. the weird thing is the pain is different when I work out. but not that take the F'in knife out of my shoulder. more of a numb semi sharp pain.

I had the same problem in the past. IMHO it has to do with hitting the back button on my browser -and then giving a comment -or like. After that it gets crazy. Since I avoided hitting the back button, everything works fine.

Not sure how I missed this!!

Ok. Actually was just playing hard to get. Never let Studhorse know you're eager.

And I wonder if the Flexatril works on tendon issues

Flexatril is pretty amazing stuff !!

Let me help you with that answer:

Here is feedback from our customers on flexatril:

I really did not expect Flexatril to help with the osteoarthritis. And it certainly hasn't removed ALL of the pain. But it has made a noticeable difference and the pain is less while doing some very basic things that typically cause a lot of pain.

Flexatril has my joints singing, RC is holding out longer and longer on chest day (I had a serious forward pull from years of bad benching) and I can actually keep them locked to the bench while I finally get chest pumps.

Hips, knees, and ankle are staying strong AND mobility is great with Flexatril, even hitting 300+ on squat feels like nothing. You could argue it's good form but even with perfect form your knees and hips will take a hit training that heavy, this product keeps all the hinges and sockets swimming along beautifully.

I have really started noticing the benefits of Flexatril. Over the last several months my hands have started hurting/aching from the stress of my desk job (typing) + gripping weights. This was the first benefit I noticed as this aching has not been happening for the last couple of days. I have also noticed that the popping that normally happens in my knees isn't happening any more. The popping wasn't painful, but it was noticeable.

Scivation Flexatril has had a direct and positive impact on my quality of life. For many years, joint pain and limited mobility in my fingers, elbows and shoulders, has slowed down and limited my workouts and training. Since using Flexatril, I have been able to train more frequently and intensely with much less, and in some instances zero, joint pain or discomfort!

Invalid Link Removed

My shoulder, elbow, and finger injuries and mobility issues, which have been on and off for years, were worse than usual towards the end of my training cycle. Some bordered on severe after the trip. Based on previous past experiences, without Flexatril, it would have taken me at least six months of greatly reduced training volume and intensity to recover to the point where I am now - only 20 days later! And importantly, my training picked right back up where it left off, so I didn't need to stress about losing strength or skills from what is usually a long post-climbing-trip-layoff. Instead, I've been able to focus on improvement, and am planning my next trip for the fall!

Those seem to be all comments on joint issues being helped. Got any specific to Tendonitis or tendinosis?

2 off another forum:

My joints are feeling great despite a lot of use. My bicep tendonitis has continued to improve. Beginning to be a believer in Flexatril.

Today was an awesome workout. I really worked up an amazing sweat and was excited to move some decent weight for high volume. My joints are feeling pretty solid. If my bicep tendon continues to improve like this, I will be making some major strength and size gains. I want to be at 100% as soon as possible.

Before starting Flexatril, I had extremely nagging bicep tendonitis (and maybe some rotator cuff involvement) that restricted a lot of the shoulder movement for me. This was very frustrating because it was preventing me from working out or hindering working. Sometime I was forced to change how I would do certain, everyday movements in life. Flexatril obliterated the joint pain I was experiencing in my shoulder. After the loading phase, I noticed at least a 50% reduction in the pain I was feeling in my shoulder. With continued use of Flexatril, my shoulder saw continued improvement. Right now, my bicep tendonitis and the pain associated with it is 70 to 80% better than it was before Flexatril use. I also noticed that my range of motion during a lot of other exercises improved during Flexatril use as well. Flexatril is the most effective joint supplement I have ever use, and consider it a must try.

Joint XT is great, but Flexatril is the only product that has left my forearm totally pain free (bad elbow tendonitis). That says a lot, as my training consists of snatches, cleans, presses, etc

However, I can say that while being on Flexatril, it is the first time I have ever actually not had any pain or irritation whatsoever. Took it all away bros.

I do a style of training that includes heavy loading, rest pause, and a decent amount of training to failure, combined with maintaining an unnecessarily lean physique year round. Kind of the perfect storm for joint and connective tissue issues. So the fact that this has taken away that pain, given those conditions, Id say its a damn good product.

I think today is the first day that my forearm tendon didn't hurt doing simple day-to-day things, and it certainly didn't hurt during my workout today while holding onto the heavier dumbbells.

Hoping this continues, because I'm a happy campy with the Flexatril so far.

My forearm tendon is also feeling great. For the last 5-6 weeks I stopped doing weighted pull ups and grip work because of the pain. But during this last week I've started doing grip/forearm work again using my Heavy Grips. Feels great. No pain. And I can squeeze the 250's with relative ease

Ok, so after 2 weeks of no weight training and this day being my 1st day under the bar for squats, it really felt great joint wise. No extra noise on the way up, or discomfort either on the way down or up. Kinda liking this Flexatril more and more

Shoulder is feeling GREAT. Forearm tendon is feeling great. And the pain in my knee is pleasantly less than prior to starting this log.

I'm at a point now where I feel like I can really attack my chest and shoulders, and hold onto some heavier weights without worrying about my forearm tendon acting up.

just scrolling through my 40 page document on flexatril feedback. I do have plenty more.

I appreciate it The Solution. I've had problems with my Achilles for quite a while now and they've gotten worse this past year. I have yet to find anything that really helps.

If there is anything I can do to help you please let me know! Just trying to help the AM Community as always.

Update:
Started my De-condition (off time) Friday.
Finished loading my Flexatril Saturday. (that actually makes 8 days)
Sunday I Took 3 in the AM as well as this morning.
I have No pain in my left shoulder and my knees not even crack and pop like they use to.
Sunday I shagged balls in the outfield for my daughters Hitting practice. Doesn't sound like much but 3 months ago I couldn't catch a ball above my head with out pain. No such pain now! this is very exciting for me. Really looking forward to how much progress I can make on Flextril If this is as good as it gets its 100% better than anything else I have tried in the past.

Xtend Preform : just drinking one serving per day while I off.
I felt pretty good this morning. my lower back is a little stiff and sore but I'm an old man running around an outfield for 2 hrs. and picking up balls. My legs are just a little sore, I figured I would have a hard time getting out of bed this morning. no problem except I didn't want get up and go to work.

Sounds like I need to get some ordered. If it makes that much difference for an old man who abused his body for years, it might be just what I need.

I have never seen a bad review yet. and I have looked. you know me Mr. sceptical. Being all Natty I have wasted my money on a lot of stuff over the years.
Make sure you get 2 bottles to start with. The Solution might be able to hook you up with a discount code?

Had a nice rainbow here on Saturday. the pic doesn't do it justice. it was awesome.

You should have round 2 coming soon to extend this log :)

I'm giddie like a little kid. I'm just glad it doesn't ache all day. I don't expect it to magically heal my shoulder. Now I'm looking to a better ROM! can't wait to get back in the gym and test it out.

May even be able to bench again at some point!

May even be able to bench again at some point!

If that happens, I probably wouldn't be able to handle it! Plus that is what I was doing when I tore it. (Showing off to beat the 50+ gym record.) I beat it but had to try 3 reps like a dumb ass.

Guess what I just did. 45 Degree push ups against my desk. Can't go deep but could go parallel.
I feel like a kid going daddy I just rode my bike down the street and didn't wipe out once!
