Workout 24
Had my RGP last night to sip on.
Made it through my workout with make up for missed legs and felt good when done believe it or not. It has to be the RGP!
Knocked it out in 3 hrs.!! really focused on 30-45 sec. rest between sets. (Didn't want to be there all night)
short version.
Im in my 8 rep range, except for the lifts that effect my injuries.
4 sets hack squats
3 sets Platz hack squats
4 set leg curls
4 sets rear delts
4 sets lat. raises
4 sets Hammer Strength BHN press facing the bench back
4 sets pulls ups body weight only 12/10/9/5 I peter out on these pretty quick. too fat.
4 sets Cable rows. changed from v bar to strait bar. really helping the elbow pain for some reason.
4 sets Strait bar curls. cant go all the way down (elbow hurts if i straiten my arm too much. and I have to bend over some or they F with my shoulder.
4 sets Rope cable Hammer curls. these felt great last night. 130 lb. 12/11/10/10 need to up the weight. was done 110 my last work out. dont know what was up with the increase of 20lb in 3 days.
4 sets. Slow Shrugs on Hammer Strength hold at the top for 2 seconds and lower semi slow. 360lb. 12/12/10/9 these felt really good as well.
4 sets of leg raises
4 sets of incline Rev crunches.
Full shoulders rehab. takes about 10 min of bands.

weight was up to 202.2 from 198.8 (I was a little concerned about my weight dropping too fast and losing muscle). think I upper the cals too much will go back to Maintenance and try to hit my Protein numbers, I have struggled with this a bit without drinking 3 protein shakes a day which I don't like doing.
Told the wife to make more chicken and fish this week! we will see how it goes.
Looked a little too smooth this morning when I got out of the shower. this is usually when I look my most lean. Well for me anyway. lol
Most of you guys would be disgusted if you looked like me.

Ya I couldn't do this all the time. Had to fit in legs I missed the night before.
Back to normal tonight. Also got 229 grams of protein and only went over by 40cals!

Dam it sorry bro. I will edit these. Got another tub of RPG. Got it from a distributor, bought some other stuff I needed on a sweet deal and added the RPG to get free shipping.

I was sort of laughing at the direction of the conversation. To summarize...

You posted amazing pictures of your progress.

Someone replied with something like, "they don't call him Studhorse for nothing."

And I thought that was funny because the real reason we call you studhorse is because you asked us to -- that's your name on the forum -- not because of the picture.

So, I was poking a bit of fun at that.

That said, with your current progress pics (your self-deprecation aside), you are totally deserving of the moniker! IMHO

LOL, thanks for clarifying, I'm far from a stud-horse in real life. but thanks bud!

Long story short: In college I was setting at a bar with about 4 linemen from the football team. some 6'4" guy comes up kind of pushes me in the back like a di ck and says hey studhorse I think you are in my seat. I stand up and try to sucker punch him, I miss and hit him in the neck, he falls and hits his head on the bar and is laying on the floor out cold. Thats how the nickname came about.

Workout 25
Had a good workout. took way too long. Had a kid that is 17 and built very well for his age. he is going to compete this summer and wanted me to critique him and give him suggestions.
This turned into a 20 min. ordeal. good kid, asks a lot of questions and is very polite, plus I think he likes my daughter.
The RPG BCAA wasn't really put to the test today.
weight back down to 201.

Good. I heard that GNC has been getting slammed with requests for jugs of RGP! ;-)

As for reordering the RPG. Glad you liked it enough to earn staple status! What flavor did you start with? Reorder the same flavor?

Workout 26 & 27
RPG is still kick'in it strong. Got through 2ea. 2.5 hr. workouts. still felt great at the end of each workout. even had enough left for the wife Friday night.
Got a little behind on the log. busy at work and with life.

Week 7 in the books. weight is at 202.2
Hit this pose hard right after my Friday workout! seem to be leaning up every were but my abs.

Not too bad for skipping Tri's every other week. I have to watch it, my tri's grow easy and the bi's don't grow worth a crap.

Thanks again my brother! The RGP really makes a difference in my recovery and allows me hit this amount of volume 4 days a week. Trust me I would usually be in de-condition or close to it by now. weight or reps still going up every workout except my Lateral cable raises, but they are not declining. might be in my mind because of the lame shoulder.
Plus Brandinooooo hooked me up with an app to watch my calories and macros and I was off on my paper work. I was under hitting my protein numbers a little. thought I was getting 200-230g and was only getting 180-210g. being natty I really have to watch the protein or I lose too much muscle.

Workout 28
started out kind of rough. was hitting legs and thought I was going to pass out.(tthnik the blood pressure got too high. I could feel the blood pumping through my neck.
Then I realized as I was mixing up all my shaker cups Friday night I put too many scoops of Jack's 3d in the shaker cup, put in 4 scoops instead of 2. thought 2 scoops was creatine. I was going to dump it out and re-mix it but forgot. plus I didn't eat my oatmeal 2 hours before workout. Was still too full from lunch. client took me to a Chinese buffet. I have no self control at buffets.

finished my workout, took about an extra 30 min. had to take a little longer break between sets. Pump was great just not the light head.
Still sipped my RPG however. Kind of like my AMEX....Can leave home without it!

So true! I feel like I've wasted my time if I workout without RPG and Cordygen. It's just never as good and I feel so much more wasted after. Knowing I left something on the table and feeling even worse. Not a good feeling!

Shoulder was feeling like I had some kind of a nerve issue (Wierd pain) all day yesterday.
Got to the gym got warmed up and nerve pain went away. Weird but thankful!
Feeling like normal today. like an impingement and labrum issue.
RGP came throw again. Sipped it intra as always and was feeling really good after 2hr. workout. skipped the cardio but hit 9 sets of rev. crunches instead of the usual 6. got to get these abs going. lower back a little sore this morning from them, but that is nothing new, my lower back almost always bothers me.

I'm assuming everyone is getting bored with the same thing every post!
All I can say is this stuff makes a difference for me and will be a staple from now on. 28 workouts and hasn't let me down yet.

Bottom line I push for lot of volume w/ weight or rep increases every workout. I'm a seasoned lifter (or old man) my workout start with 1.5 hrs and end up in excess of 2.5 hrs after 6 weeks. I usually feel like crap after my workouts.
Since starting RGP I have not had any DOM's and I feel comfortably tied after my workouts , and recover better after my workouts sipping RGP intra!
I know there is research that disputes this but the proof is in the pudding for me.

I was dead dick tired at the end I'm not going to lie, don't think I can cut my rest time down to 45sec every workout. I doubt I would have gotten through it without the RGP.

Thanks man, that was 2008, first trip to Iraq, and the first time I got myself back in shape. But Im actually stronger now, and my wife says bigger. I was 28 then
Its always nice when the wife says your bigger! lol

Nice session, stud! Creeping into my territory of cardio lifts with those short breaks!

Serious RPG action there, FT! I think that kind is illegal for me to sell.

As for the flavor... Isn't that funny? I much prefer green apple over warrior melon. To each his own, eh? Guess we should just be glad they give us multiple options!

RGP BCAA still kickin it. had a great workout. 2.25hrs. 30-45sec. rest between sets.

8 weeks in the books noodz 203 lb.
Weight up 1.5 lb. diet has been good.

Thanks brother! hip tire is still too big, but it is shrinking a little.
I'm on maintenance calories still, and trying to hit 200-225 grams of protien a day.
I have lost about 7 pounds in 8 weeks.
