Studhorse... I got a chicken breast trick when I'm trying to go low sodium. Typically I use blackening seasoning, which has high sodium content, but when I'm watching sodium here's what I do:

Coat chicken in olive oil and squirt a little lemon juice on it.

I use No Salt (sodium free salt), black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne, and oregano to dust the chicken on both sides; grill; enjoy the fck out of it...

Anyway it's got some flavor like a blackened chicken without the salt
