Workout 24
Had my RGP last night to sip on.
Made it through my workout with make up for missed legs and felt good when done believe it or not. It has to be the RGP!
Knocked it out in 3 hrs.!! really focused on 30-45 sec. rest between sets. (Didn't want to be there all night)
short version.
Im in my 8 rep range, except for the lifts that effect my injuries.
4 sets hack squats
3 sets Platz hack squats
4 set leg curls
4 sets rear delts
4 sets lat. raises
4 sets Hammer Strength BHN press facing the bench back
4 sets pulls ups body weight only 12/10/9/5 I peter out on these pretty quick. too fat.
4 sets Cable rows. changed from v bar to strait bar. really helping the elbow pain for some reason.
4 sets Strait bar curls. cant go all the way down (elbow hurts if i straiten my arm too much. and I have to bend over some or they F with my shoulder.
4 sets Rope cable Hammer curls. these felt great last night. 130 lb. 12/11/10/10 need to up the weight. was done 110 my last work out. dont know what was up with the increase of 20lb in 3 days.
4 sets. Slow Shrugs on Hammer Strength hold at the top for 2 seconds and lower semi slow. 360lb. 12/12/10/9 these felt really good as well.
4 sets of leg raises
4 sets of incline Rev crunches.
Full shoulders rehab. takes about 10 min of bands.
weight was up to 202.2 from 198.8 (I was a little concerned about my weight dropping too fast and losing muscle). think I upper the cals too much will go back to Maintenance and try to hit my Protein numbers, I have struggled with this a bit without drinking 3 protein shakes a day which I don't like doing.
Told the wife to make more chicken and fish this week! we will see how it goes.
Looked a little too smooth this morning when I got out of the shower. this is usually when I look my most lean. Well for me anyway. lol

I was sort of laughing at the direction of the conversation. To summarize...
You posted amazing pictures of your progress.
Someone replied with something like, "they don't call him Studhorse for nothing."
And I thought that was funny because the real reason we call you studhorse is because you asked us to -- that's your name on the forum -- not because of the picture.
So, I was poking a bit of fun at that.
That said, with your current progress pics (your self-deprecation aside), you are totally deserving of the moniker! IMHO

Workout 29
Shoulder was feeling like I had some kind of a nerve issue (Wierd pain) all day yesterday.
Got to the gym got warmed up and nerve pain went away. Weird but thankful!
Feeling like normal today. like an impingement and labrum issue.
RGP came throw again. Sipped it intra as always and was feeling really good after 2hr. workout. skipped the cardio but hit 9 sets of rev. crunches instead of the usual 6. got to get these abs going. lower back a little sore this morning from them, but that is nothing new, my lower back almost always bothers me.
I'm assuming everyone is getting bored with the same thing every post!
All I can say is this stuff makes a difference for me and will be a staple from now on. 28 workouts and hasn't let me down yet.
Bottom line I push for lot of volume w/ weight or rep increases every workout. I'm a seasoned lifter (or old man) my workout start with 1.5 hrs and end up in excess of 2.5 hrs after 6 weeks. I usually feel like crap after my workouts.
Since starting RGP I have not had any DOM's and I feel comfortably tied after my workouts , and recover better after my workouts sipping RGP intra!
I know there is research that disputes this but the proof is in the pudding for me.
Workout 30
Open up my 2nd tub of RGP, new flavor Warrior Melon. I like it better that the Green Apple (I got 30 workouts out of a tub drinking intra workout only, pretty damn good)!
Had a great workout, RGP shined again, got me through a 2.25hr workout. I have dropped my wait between sets to 45 sec.
I was dead dick tired at the end I'm not going to lie, don't think I can cut my rest time down to 45sec every workout. I doubt I would have gotten through it without the RGP.

Thanks man, that was 2008, first trip to Iraq, and the first time I got myself back in shape. But Im actually stronger now, and my wife says bigger. I was 28 then
