2-3 scoops per day most days, with any of the following combinations:
-1 scoop 2-3x
-2 scoops (and possibly 1 scoop later)

I try to keep my daily caffeine intake under 500-600mg, haha.

After trying Erase Pro + (I'm on my second bottle now) and SELECT Protein and loving both I've been searching high and low for more PES products. Looking forward to trying this. I'm cutting as well so it should be perfect for me.

Recently traded out my monster rehab addiction for alphamine iced tea and appletini. Great stuff, definitely different than the old school alphamine but as an energy drink replacement-- it's an insane value and a much better blend than most energy drinks on the market.

I've tried Cookies & Cream and Peanut Butter Cup. Both tasted great but I have a soft spot for Peanut Butter Cups so that's my favorite so far. Looking at Snickerdoodle as my next tub.

Thanks brother (but I'm a Norwegian living in Sweden ). My plan was to stack it with High Volume on the days where I needed an extra boost. I'm already shredded so I don't need the extra fat burning. Because of that these tubs will last me ages. Buuuut I put in a new order hoping I'd get more OG tubs

Often times people plan on making alphamine tubs last. Then it hits your lips and you just have to have it more. Lol

So I cracked open my first tub of sunrise. Smells amazing from the tub and the lick of my finger after opening (always mists out over my hand) was phenom. Completely messed up and mixed it with my ergonine out of habit though so didn't get a full judgement. It was a great combo but will report back after having it stand alone.
 
Ok so today I got the full on taste test of sunrise. Had it alone before the gym today and man is it good. For some reason when describing it I can only think of pixie sticks. Gave a sample to my coworker and wife had it today as well and they both loved it, matter of fact my wife says it's her favorite she has had. (We've obviously tasted them all)

I would put it up there with RL on my favorite list but need more use to be sure.

Sunrise is so good I have been through four tubs of it while I still have the seal on fruit punch, raspberry lemonade and appletini lol. :)

Well the wife and I are still sold on this sunrise flavor. How have the rest of the addicts reacted to it?

No but due to living in UK over here are some of the European non yohimbine versions around which are still for sale.

also OL have Bloodshr3d as a new fat burning product in powder form which may be a suitable replacement.

Two scoops of sunrise Alphamine and two scoops of paradise cooler High Volume in the same shaker.

This is the combo I just can't get away from. I love it lol.
 
2 Tubs i had from UK seller,

1x Appletini
1x Magareta

both are version for EU, but have TIT, Thermo Igniting Technology, usual tubs have had FIT, Fat Igniting Technology, what formula is this version.

both taste great however, the apple is spot on and one of my new favorites, whilst the other is more of a lemon lime but still are some of the best i have tried with strawberry pina colada being the best.

Holy crap Ben. Somehow I didn't even think to mix the two but it sounds so good and makes sense. Nice call sir. :)
 
So this morning I had an experience with Alphamine I won't soon forget.

I got up at 4am as the gym opens at 5am. My morning rituals before a workout is that I eat 15g of Soy Granules. Then drink my 2 Scoops of High Volume and 1 Scoop of Alphamine with 3g of HMB-FA

Well today I was emptying a Soy Granules tub so I poured it in a bowl on a scale to be sure I got the grams I wanted. At the same time I was mixing my PWO and for some reason I dumped my Alphamine in the bowl instead of the shaker.

The smart thing to do would have been to just dump it all in the shaker and drink it up. But no, I ate it dry...

Don't do that. Ever!

I am glad we got you sorted out.

In terms of energy and mood, I am more than happy with the new Alphamine. I thought it was going to feel weaker but it didn't. It is also a bonus that the flavours are even better. :)

Really hard because we have devoted fans for each, with their own preferences

Sunrise is possibly the most liked, it is a great tropical option.

But I like sweet, so cotton candy is up top on my own list

I'll tell you my own order and a trait of each:

1. Cotton Candy (sweetest option, candy taste)
2. Sunrise (mid level sweetness, tropical)
3. Appletini (touch of sour)
4. Raspberry Lemonade (sweet/tart)
5. Strawberry Pina Colada (coconut is the strongest part in this, if you like Pina Colada's it is a must-try)
6. Fruit Punch (We all know what FP is like)


If any sound more up your alley I/we can elaborate on the taste more

Very hard to put a ranking list together for me. I just know I'm having a tough time deciding if sunrise takes my top spot from raspberry lemonade or not. Through all the years RL has reigned supreme for me.

Cotton candy is very good but I've yet to try iced tea. Never was huge on tea but I'm going to make sure I give it a shot when I run out of sunrise.

Sunrise is still hanging at the top for me. I keep RL on hand at all times but have sunrise in the shaker most of the time.
