Strong work! Apparently I need to get my Sumo Deadlift #s up. Still adjusting to the movement.

Thank you! I'm still getting the hang of them. Haven't been doing them very long/much. It is an odd feeling! Felt like it was pulling me over at first! Lol

Attempting to squat (wrong shoes, ahhhh). 80lbs on the extension machine feels like 250.

yea, some were funny, left me shaking my head and laughing. But some were just down right painful to watch, to the point where I would dare say a percentage ended up in an ER shortly after the recordings stopped *ouch*
