:( awe so sorry it hasn't got any better. I can't take that stuff either. Lot of people say it relaxes them and what not, but for me one will have me up 3 days straight. Hope some how it starts healing and pain resides.


I'm icing it and taking Tylenol. It was hurting so bad the other day that I took some OxyContin but it didn't help and kept me up all night. I may go get some Aleve tonight.

Thanks, Pack! It actually feels a lot better today! I had some things to do so I skipped the gym but I think I will have an awesome session tomorrow.

Same for me, I was waiting and waiting for it to kick in and knock me out! Lol

Fug must be catching I did something to my knee, feels like the tendon inside and back of my knee. More of a dull pain, loss of mobility and stiffness. I was doing front squats yesterday and it felt ok so I loaded it up some and the first set went well. Get this on the second set I pull the outer quad muscle on the other side. I could still do lunges though. It sucks cuz I have really been kicking ass lately.

Too late! I didn't push too hard last night but that 30 min treadmill killed me. I was in so much pain that I couldn't sleep. :(
 
Awesome news!!!

My boss told me that I was a breath of fresh air. They only have to teach me once and I get it and she stopped training me after the second day. She's said that people don't usually make it after a week. :D

Thank you! Lol, I agree! We all have an hour lunch so many of us will go walking after we eat and we all have fitbits! So weird!

I do accounting for a company that prepares legal documents for companies in the U.S. :) Big corporations, small businesses, lawyers, doctors, etc...

OMG kat that was funny!! Haha Kat posting a Kat W post. P how are you feeling lately? I see you was at gym so maybe it's better? I was out of all weekend. Played softball torney sat 9 am til 7 pm. I tried going to the gym Sunday, yeah negative not happening lol. Hope all you had a great weekend!!

I feel a lot better, thank you! Training makes my knee hurt really bad during the night.

I don't know what's going on but I almost slipped and fell the other day and today, I did slip in fall in the rain. That fcuker made me twist my leg and mess up my knee again. Lol, a lady saw me and I just laughed it off.

This was eye opening how pitiful my running endurance is. I had to slow down several times and even walk a couple. Sadly, it took about 12 mins. I walked the other 8 to cool down.

I was pouring sweat but man is this type of workout the type of self torture I love! Lol
