Possibly yes. I would keep a close eye on your blood pressure and how you feel. Having this much ace inhibition is great for building muscle but it can also make you hypotensive especially post training. I cant tell you how much itll effect your blood pressure though. How is BP now? Still elevated with the Telm?

Can you stack ARA and FD2 or would they be better run seperately? I was just about to start a bottle of xfactor but have ordered two bottles of FD2 and I'm trying to figure out if it's worth waiting to start the xfactor and wait till the FD2 is here?

Its up to you. FD2 is very anti inflammatory.
I would run the FD2 full cycle and then use the X factor after.
 
My strength and endurance keeps going up, yesterday i was able to add an extra 45 pounds to seated pulley rowing, using 270lbs for 8 reps, i was also able to go up an extra 45 pounds on hammer strength pull downs for a total of 315 pounds for 8 reps.

I find this product is working great due to training fasted yesterday only sipping on BCAAs in my workout.

I cannot wait to start back on carbs and see how much muscle i can pack on and how much more strength i will have.

After a carb up day 9 days from now i expect to be around 6-8 pounds up the next day, which is normal, i will keep you updated on how much i gain and the effects when i re-introduce carbs back into my diet.

im sure some of its got to be water and glycogen but god damn thats phenomenal gaining in a short period of time... w no measurable fat --- holy grail right there

An update for those that have Rosacea or facial skin sensitivity issues when taking niacin, I met with my dermatologist a few days ago and I was given metrogel to apply 1 time per day, Rosacea has diminished quite a bit! I'm happy with the results so far...
 
Ok here's my 2 week update, I'm down 5 pounds on the scale but the body recomp has been unbelievable at this point. I'm extremely vascular, muscle bellies are very full, definition is stellar... I had my trainer check my bodyfat with calipers and I measured 10.5 down from 12.5, i have never been below 12, possible measurement error???? Mirror kind of confirms this, I look much more dense/ full....
Guys, this product is the real deal, I'll be running this for 12 weeks and can't wait to see what happens! I'm 167 pounds right now but look as big as I was in the 170's.. I'm 5'6" by the way...

I am in a similar boat, my calorie intake has not really changed, but I seem to be creeping down on the scale. I am not trying to loss weight, but I also noticed my fat is dropping. I'm thinking about increasing my calorie intake again, since I wanted to recomp. Also noticed a number of other people commenting on weight lose, 2.0 seems to favor recomp/cut over a bulk. At least that's the way my body has responded, along with sever others on the form.

Definitely leaning out and muscular endurance benefits are showing with my rest pause training. brundel is there anything stating that any of the ingredients can help recover from over reaching? Anecdotally, I only took one deload day since I was getting muscular aches and today I felt like a new man lol.
 
Brundel, what's your take on fd fat loss? Is it possible to lose fat while eating mostly 200-400 calories over your maintenance? I'm aiming for clean bulk but losing fat is never a bad thing haha

Fat loss is all diet buddy. Supps help but it's mainly diet. Supplements assist only.

Eating 200-400 over cals maintenance is possible to lose some fat but depends on what you intake, training, cardio. To lose fat it has to be a clean bulk. But don't expect a large amount to be lost.

Folli Will definitely preserve muscle while on a calorie deficit. It's very versatile It will work/ help on any diet and training style

It will for SURE burn off excess fat, however, give caloric surplus a try....Its similar with AAS. If you eat normal pre cycle maintenance you will likely begin to lose weight because your metabolism will crank up. You need to increase cals in order to grow and keep up with the bodies new maintenance point. So if you want to bulk add 500-700 cals and watch what happens ;)

I think for sure its possible yes. Or you will gain muscle and not gain a bunch of fat. For example my friend Eric has recently increased cals from maintenance while running FD2. Hes gained about 5lbs of muscle and 0 fat in 2 weeks. So...while hes not losing fat hes also not gaining any while in surplus and while gaining muscle which is impressive. especially for something non steroidal.
Clean bulk is FD2s strength.

I believe it may, my numbers were getting low before my deload day but I hit new numbers the lifting day after that feeling 100% and only after one day of deloading.

There are added benefits to higher doses of certain ingredients. For example the quercetin niacin. And i dont know what the top end is for the flos carth or even ecklonia. There is a ton of ecklonia in there though. Cant hurt to take another cap though.

When taking the doses not near the workouts, does it matter if it's 30 minutes before a meal or upon waking or whatever? I've been taking it upon waking but I don't eat for 2.5 hours later typically. Or should I aim for 30 minutes prior to meals?

I think empty stomach is good. So long as it doesnt bother your stomach.
 
Is anybody experiencing increased hunger? I'm only 4 days in, and maybe it's placebo, but I've woken up ravenous two days in a row.
 
I'm cutting so always hungry, i am down another 3.25 pounds this week though but strength and vascularity have increased along with muscular hardness.

This is likely caused by hypoglycemia.
FD2 will reduce blood glucose levels which can increase appetite. This just means its working ;)
Get up and get some food in you stat!

I can say this for certain, over the last 2 weeks I have decreased the units of insulin I have been taking by 2.5 units per meal. I actually ran this by my endocrinologist at my appt on friday and he was a little skeptical at first but my 2 weeks worth of numbers told him the story. He wants me to keep an eye on things but this is the best I've felt and looked since my diagnosis in September of last year.

Very good news. I have been eating about 2000 calories per day, today is my refeed so I'm on schedule to finish today with around 3200 calories, my body seems to be absorbing the calories quite well so far today.

Numbers wise low, 1400-1500 Kcals per day with 140-160 grams of protein and the rest of calories filled with fats due to me running keto.
 
I will be doing a re-feed in 6 days on Sunday and will see how my body works with the carbs. I will then be running Ketogenic at maintenance next week then start introducing carbs in and reverse diet to a 500-700Kcal daily surplus to start bulking.
 
3rd day on fd 2, first day did 1 cap am 2 caps pm. 2nd day did 2 caps am, 2 caps pm and when I took the morning dose, I felt slightly hypo. Ate a meal and felt fine the rest of the day. Third day(today) did 2 caps again this morning and felt even more hypo then yesterday morning. I need to keep an eye on this, I don't normally feel hypo in the morning.
