I realized that I'm really carb sensitive. I can gain 5-10 lbs in a week from eating too much carbs, as well as feeling bloated and sluggish.

I took rice and bread out of my diet and within a week, I dropped 7 lbs. I'm sure it's a lot of water weight and just bloating but I'll take it.

My current tdee is 1900 calories and I feel pretty good with it. My appetite and cravings have also gone down and I couldn't be happier. :) Here's to a strong 2016.

Yesterday was a rest day but I took today off as well. Managed to come down with a cold. Slept an hour at lunch yesterday and then from 8:30 last night until 6:30 this morning. Feeling a smidgen better today though. Just taking psedophedrine and Alka-seltzer plus cold and cough. Seems to be helping dry things out. Would normally just push through if it was just congestion but decided to rest this one out due to feeling more drained and achey.

Intelligence is important for longevity for certain. I don't know that I agree with the comparison though... I have had a lot of fun with some beautiful & unintelligent people, way more fun than a picture on a napkin... Let's not downplay their usefulness as a sex objects...

You are going to want to lower your volume per body part per workout if you want to do that successfully and not end up burnt out or overtrained. Just my opinion.

Thanks, Kleen. I don't know why I decided to up my reps that day. So silly. I'm still tweaking with my workout so I don't get burnt out. Gonna test it out this week. :D

Kleen, I've tried explaining this point to some people and I get this look like WTF. I've explained I no longer check that box because its inappropriate, Although I've been to Africa, I'm not accepted there. They can't stand the ones that are Americanized. If you wasn't born there, it's a wrap. In America we are in limbo, smh.

Cook it on a little lower temp and it wont be so rubbery, it does not take a very high temp to cook them.

I only use 2-3 ingredients. Egg whites, protein powder, and maybe cinnamon. I couldn't find the cinnamon this am.

I was totally drained by this point. I was sweating like crazy too throughout my workout. Came home to finish a cake and luckily got 15 mins to lay down before my son got home from school.

Agreed, I have tried a few different things. I made a cream cheese icing spread once, I think I got that idea from Kat actually. I have made several different flavors, Trutein works really nicely and makes a thick pancake. I have made them with chocolate, vanilla, lemon meringue (AWESOME!), and Red Velvet Cake. PB goes well on any of them but the lemon. Lemon is AWESOME with fruit toppings. I like to use the "Just Fruit" Spread from Krogers, or if carb loading even pie filling is a good option. I actually took my lemon one made it thin spread some strawberry just fruit on it and rolled it up and ate it like a dessert snack.
