Ha, I don't know about him but I know I am bringing the family out to So-Cal for Spring Break. I know you are in the north which sucks would be awesome to be able to get in a lift. I told the wife no matter what I am at least getting in 1 lift at Muscle beach in Venice!!!!!


Your volume is insane with this new log girl. I don't know how you aren't falling apart with 40 sets just on shoulders... You are officially the volume queen. You do know you don't HAVE to fill out every set on that sheet right? ;)

Lol, I know. :P My shoulder felt pretty good last night and not too bad today. I think my body is enjoying these silly workouts, I feel a lot leaner. :)

Yes it would have been great. I was hoping to hit you up when there until I saw you were in Northern Cali, that is like a whole different state away from SoCal!

Kind of opposite of the rest of the country where the further south you get the pace slows. Well unless you are talking about NASCAR! LOL

Long effn session... I was suppose to do legs but I left my gym shorts at home and only had these crappy ones that were too tight. I was not about to rip my shorts squatting!
