Yesterday was a rest day but I got in almost 45 mins of cardio.

Today was back/shoulders. Had a great workout! Shoulders are still burning and tired. Starting to really enjoy training shoulders as I see them develop!

I didn't video my dead session but it was good. I got some goodies today at the gym because well... It was a good deal and I didn't want to wait for shipping. I've been shopping around but got tired of all the hype and the bs so I figured why not. This stuff tastes pretty good. :D

Happy Friday! Decided to go up on squats today! They kicked my butt!! I started out gung-ho and quickly lost my steam and then worked my way towards wanting to lay down and cry! Hahaha

Kat first of all very good on the squats, the only thing I saw is that it was your core where you were showing the most pressure. It was fairly minor but if you are looking for ways to strengthen that would be a good place to start. Killer job though. Most of us are going to encounter some core issues from time to time.
 
My classmate asked me what kind of facial cream I was using because she couldn't believe that I was 33. She thought I was 25. I was like awwww... THANK YOU!!! :D
