Can you say pain boys and girls.... pushed the weight up, had an empty gym so when it got to be too much I could scream as loud as I want. I am sure the place sounded like a Medieval torture chamber lol... just during the really hard reps. Back and rear delts by the way. You know the drill the 1 and 1/4 and 1 and 1/2 super set etc...

Today is a higher carb day, I'm going to enjoy that.

Awesome choices!! Skillet is a big fav of mine!! Got to see them live in concert which was insane!! Loved it!

Some detail that belongs here it this thread.

I cut out all dairy now except my protein powder which is only after workouts and it's a blend. The powder goes at about 12 weeks out though. Dairy has me watery looking so want to clan that up. I am still having a bit of ground beef, some turkey sausage and lean steak which I may keep for a while. The sausage and ground beef will disappear around 12 weeks and will be replaced with fish and white turkey meat ( fresh). I may go buffalo on the lean sirloin about 8 weeks out. It's not bad really.

3 X 7 decline db press ss seated rows supinated.

It's a simple routine really.

I am going add in some extra isolated shoulder work on Thursday.

Ok stepped on the scale this morning and I am the same weight as I was last week. This is getting odd, I feel like I've lost fat but you'd think the scales would show more based on the fact that I am probably averaging about 2500 cals ed. I may have to make more adjustments next week I am looking at changing my Turkey sausage to plain turkey breast (fresh).
 
I'm in the same boat as you. My weight is holding but I'm sure I'm losing BF. Except that I'm at 3900 cals ;)

Yah your situation is completely different lol I am stuck right at 223.5 very odd seeing that I have weight I need to lose. The anabolics you are using kind of make things different. When I used prohormones during prep I would sometimes not lose for a bit and they were pretty mild. Maybe I am a big Natadrol responder who knows. I have to keep adjusting though, make sure things are staying clean.
