Old fugger on Natadrol and FormXT Starting prep of UFE Worlds

In other news yesterday was an off day very low cals about 2100-2200 less than 100 grams carbs. Today is back and rear delts, this one always really hurts. Well they all do.
 
Wouldn't worry to much if the BF is dropping. How many weeks out now?
Will today's cal's be at 21-2200 also?

no workout day more like 2700 and I am still almost 18 weeks out. This is sort of an assessment phase.

I'm starting early also. We've actually raised my carbs. Hitting each muscle every 4 days. And starting hiit cardio 4 times a week.
 
I might change it up from steady state to HIIT. See how it treats me
 
I found and worked through a new level of pain on the 1 1/4 ss lean back 1 1/2 pulldowns today. I pushed right through and I was almost in fuggin tears. Self inflicted pain to a level I have never pushed it. I am really zoned in on this. The rest of the workout was not as focused I found, it wasn't bad but I couldn't get it back up to that level.

I do not go into cardio state something I learned off some article I read. I walk but not to the point where it would be considered cardio. The competitor who used this method did slower incline walking on the treadmill. I like HITT but walking is so much a part of my life I decided to do this instead and if you manage your diet right the guy was right, you don't really need cardio. A lot of the training I do burns a lot too, short rests, lots of reps and supersets to the point you can hardly breath. I will through in some HITT near the end likely though.
 
Well I will say. I am down 14lbs in 12 weeks or so. Which I am happy with. Maybe I should just stick with my 30 min walks
 
I don't know Im dripping in sweat on this tread climber we just bought at the 30min point. Maybe Im just being a little baby

People gotta keep in mind you are hitting what 20-25 miles of walking outside with hills every week. That is more than enough activity to negate the need for extra cardio. At least for a while.

I abso-fuggin-lootly smashed my fuggin arms. This thing about fighting back the pain and pushing through is really adding something to my workouts. I feel like I can smash down fuggin walls I am so fuggin pumped!!! Give it to me I can take it !!!!!!

Awesome work Doug!! It's good you're seeing the fat drop but the scale is t moving too much! Means you're keeping all of that hard earned muscle mass!

Yes that is my take intellectually, but you know I am second guessing myself as I get paranoid :( I am in it's too good to be true scenario.
 
Leg day went very well, despite my not wanting to have anything to do with it when I started up. The force the pain method had me screaming out loud to get through it. This is a good tool for me it's like I can get through the pain better when I use battle screams. The gym was empty so what the fug eh!!!

I really gave my glutes a good bashing today... must have been the lunges. Also I can see more definition in my arms and shoulder and tricep separation, so the scales can fug off I am on track my diet is sold, I added in fish oil and took away some of the almonds. I feel really good.
 
Leg day is always tuff but, usually rewarding!
 
Chest and shoulders was stellar today. Pushin for the pain, this will be my last week, probably go with advanced gvt next. Ben's got another routine cooking though I may have a look at that one.
