Sorry it's taken so long to post! Ran late getting to the gym, leaving, and getting to work so it's been a busy morning! Summer is our busiest time so we had extra stuff scheduled today!
Workout this morning was great! Got my new bands in yesterday! Just in time for today's workout! I figured the small black and mini red band would equal just a little less than the purple band. Tried that first and realized I could do without the red band! Super excited!! Hopefully, real soon, I'll be able to just use the mini red band and then nothing after that!! Goal was 41X0 tempo but looking back- I think I rushed them a bit!

Way to put in the work and your count on the negative is pretty close. Some were 3 some were 4. Also if you consider BPaks count, he does 1-2-3-4, not 1 1000- 2 1000 - so if you just do a count of 4 you were pretty much right on. Don't get to worried about the exact time, your muscles don't have a stop clock. The most important thing is to resist during the negative portion of the rep to make it slow to increase time under tension. On BPak's videos where he is saying to do 4 second negatives 85% of the time it is not a full 4 seconds and he commends them on the set.

P.S. most of them mess with there junk to get a semi before going on stage & wear cauck rings to keep the blood in it so it is "Supersized" on stage. They are not all hung... I am an not part horse and part man but you would have thought so when I was on performing. Even the REALLY hung guys do that too but that was when things got scary...

Heading back to SC with my babies this time!! So glad to have them back! Got to stay in the Opryland Hotel again this year! Love that place! Little sister came with my dad this time bc my mom just can't make the trip comfortably. We even got to celebrate my Daddy's bday with him! (today) He's not in the pic bc he was resting and then I was behind the camera! - here's a pic of everyone being goofy! Lol

I'd stick with the desktop/browser version if you have android. If you have an apple device I've heard it's much better!! I have android & I installed & uninstalled the app the same day!
