P.S. most of them mess with there junk to get a semi before going on stage & wear cauck rings to keep the blood in it so it is "Supersized" on stage. They are not all hung... I am an not part horse and part man but you would have thought so when I was on performing. Even the REALLY hung guys do that too but that was when things got scary...
 
Sorry it's taken so long to post! Ran late getting to the gym, leaving, and getting to work so it's been a busy morning! Summer is our busiest time so we had extra stuff scheduled today!

Workout this morning was great! Got my new bands in yesterday! Just in time for today's workout! I figured the small black and mini red band would equal just a little less than the purple band. Tried that first and realized I could do without the red band! Super excited!! Hopefully, real soon, I'll be able to just use the mini red band and then nothing after that!! Goal was 41X0 tempo but looking back- I think I rushed them a bit!

Saw your IG video, Kat. Pull-ups were impressive. I'd like to try a band like that. Currently I use the assisted machine or hubby does the assisting.

Way to put in the work and your count on the negative is pretty close. Some were 3 some were 4. Also if you consider BPaks count, he does 1-2-3-4, not 1 1000- 2 1000 - so if you just do a count of 4 you were pretty much right on. Don't get to worried about the exact time, your muscles don't have a stop clock. The most important thing is to resist during the negative portion of the rep to make it slow to increase time under tension. On BPak's videos where he is saying to do 4 second negatives 85% of the time it is not a full 4 seconds and he commends them on the set.

Yah I picked up on the count thing. Most of the time I count 1 2 3 4 myself, depends on the exercise.

Good morning! So happy to have my babies back at home! We were all very tired last night so once meals were prepped and everyone was in bed- we crashed too! Had a funny start to get to the gym- debated sleeping in, got to the gym early though and realized I didn't have my pull up bands...went back to get them but got caught by a train...finally got to the gym about 5:15. Lol

Started with 5 mins on the bike to get the blood flowing into my legs. They are still so unbelievably sore! I am struggling to walk much less and form of bending! Hahaha

SS1: 30-45 secs between sets, 1 min before repeating.

Incline Bench tempo 41X0

**up 5lbs from last time and only struggled on a couple of reps. Will go up next time.

I came home and took the gazebo apart. Actually fit it all back into the package to take back too. I can't believe it! Lol

I can't remember if I told you all, but it completely collapsed and the legs/frame broke in several places last weekend! Obviously a cheap, crappy gazebo! We haven't decided if we will just build one out of wood or look for a better built one to replace it.
