LOL most gay guys are straight when they drink. One of my best wing men was a gay dude. He would always lure the grenade away while the men went to work then drop the bomb that he was gay after we closed the deal. And some how the poor ladies were never mad at him a couple of them actually became his best F*G hags ( yes thats a technical term that isnt derogatory in their community)

This is exactly why no man should ever fall for the it's okay for them to go out to drink without me because he is gay mindset. My brother was gay and I used to go to the gay bars with him some times. I can tell you for certain that this is a fact. Even the ones who spend half their time screaming about how nasty fish is will hit up a girl when drunk. Then the excuse is I am not bi, I was drunk. Then again you get the same excuse from tons of women who might as well wear shirts that say "Instant Bisexual, just add alcohol!" when they go to the bar.

Got a question for you guys...let's say for a min that you were newer to lifting and not super strong yet...you are benching around 100 and you fail- have the weight pinned on your chest...how would you feel if a chick came over and helped you out?

I can only assume he was embarrassed. I get stuck under the bar I just laugh at myself. I have a system to get out from under the bar by now I have worked out so long. As far as a woman helping me, well any assistance would be appreciated. Then again I am secure in my masculinity / sexuality and things like that are simply not a factor. Same reason hanging out with my brother at the gay bars was not an issue for me. Hell they really know how to have a good time. Plus the free drinks don't hurt. :)

Pride is such a dangerous thing and too many men overdose on it and choke.

Rofl...of course not. When I saw him he was just laying there "paused" with the weight on his chest like he was about to push it back up. I watched for a second and went to go help when he pushed it up onto the first rack. So, I acted as if nothing happened because I didn't want him to be any more embarrassed.
 
I've been a bit of a social butterfly at the gym lately and I really enjoy it. I guess you can say that I'm stepping out of my comfort zone and letting people get to know me. It's a huge step for me. It feels great to know that people want to come up and talk or ask questions, and they're always so surprised that I'm not the scary, stuck up douche that they assumed I was. ??☺️?

I have come to a conclusion..... Kat's goal in life is to destroy the male ego..........She lift's heavier and works harder than most guys in the gym. when they can not lift a weight with both hands..........she is there to give a single hand "spot".. She is an animal (and that is HOT)

Lol thanks guys! Love you guys too! I am a very internally competitive person. I'm driven to beat myself more so than others around me. Being overweight, I got picked on a lot and my way of overcoming or adapting per say was to try not to compare myself to others as best I could and just push myself just because I wanted achieve something for myself. (I'm also very stubborn) haha

Went through that a couple of weeks ago, sinus infection then pink eye..it sucked!! and not in a good way

Not currently, but this time of year it's up and down. Hopefully it'll go away soon.
 
Puccah, why are you cutting for your fight? The reason I ask is because it's your first fight, it's not like it's a championship. 30lbs is a lot for a new fighter and will take away from your fight training. Idk... Just my 2 cents

There are 30 fighters from my school who signed up and only 35 fights scheduled. This doesn't include the other schools who will sign up, too. I don't know, maybe I'm just not ready. 30 lbs in 1 month is extremely drastic and I'm not in the best condition. I will have to pull some Rocky vs. the Russian guy sh*t. ?

Honestly I bet you cut 15lbs without trying just during training camp for the fight that weight cut is extreme and it's totally ok to pull it back till you feel ready. Most important is trust in your corner and coach a good coach will pull you if he doesn't feel your ready and he will see how your energy holds up during the cut

At this point in her career most of weight cut will come from just training the extra sparring sessions etc we all cut weight for a fight it's inevitable because training gets ramped up. For a first time fighter I think all weight cutting should come naturally none of the last minute weight cutting that someone like I would be doing. Because I feel the weight cut advantage only comes when your skill set is such that even 3-5lbs can make a huge difference in the clinch

I know what you mean! I enjoy helping people when they ask but it's really hard to train someone else and yourself and keep the same intensity! If I had time to train alone and then work with them it would be different. It is very rewarding to watch people's progress and you help them along the way though!
