Lol, I just got hit on by the chick at Starbucks. Lol, and to think I was going to start living in sweats and hoodies again. Haha, someone told my a** that I better not. :*

Unacceptable!

I smiled, giggled, took my drink, and left! Ha

thank you!!!! Glad to see you back!

I know. :( no makeup + sweats + hoodies = goals down the drain.

My opinion, do less but more effectively instead of spreading yourself too thin and burning out. Then you won't get to the no makeup + hoodie + sweats = goals down the drain stage. You took on a fug ton of stuff at once. Becoming overwhelmed with all that going on is very easy. Pick a couple goals and work on them, really focus on them. At least get them to the point they are habit before adding in new things. New diet, workout, Muay Thai, police stuff, school all at once is a lot to deal with. Easy to get paralyzed by indecision of what to prioritize. Add to that if you are not a naturally very organized person then that much going on at once becomes even more complicated to keep that many balls in the air at a time. Then taking a vacation and getting a break from that, who the hell wants to dive back into that frenzy?

That would be how I would feel with everything you took on and then getting a break from it anyway. I would have a hard time getting back into it.

You are absolutely right. I took on the whole world because I was upset, and now I'm drained and everything is falling apart. :'(

just think about where you are now vs then. You may be in a tough spot right now but you've come so far from that last time too. Gotta look at the big picture sometimes just to keep things in perspective

Thank you so much. In a year and a half I'll graduate with a degree. In a few months, I'll find out about the academy. 5 years ago, I never would have thought I'd be a college student. 4 years ago, I never thought I could put myself into a size 5-7 pants. 2 years ago, I couldn't even squat the bar. It'll all be worth it in the end. No excuses, no giving up. Thank you again and thank you everyone for the awesome support. :)

most people never make changes like this and just go on being miserable their whole life. You're special if for no other reason then you decided to make a change for the better and stuck to it!

Exactly keep your endeavors challenging and keep moving forward but try not to take on so much at once that you are completely overwhelmed.

You have come so far and made a ton of progress in many areas of your life. Don't beat yourself up over tripping up occasionally. Remember only people in motion can trip or fall. Everyone else is already lying down.

Thank you! People always tell me that I'll never change. The truth is that I don't really tell people what I'm doing. I give little hints, but I never fully tell my secrets. By the time they realize it, Ive already conquered my goals. :) Change is a beautiful thing and we should never be afraid of it.

If you haven't had a chance or didn't know about them, John Meadows has recently released two e-books available through his site. The first one covers diet and how to tweek things whether for growth or for fat loss. The second is a comprehensive overview of the principles behind Mountain Dog Training. Both are fantastic and at $15 each are a steal!

Oh man I picked up the training one yesterday, I did not see the release on the nutrition one. It was pretty cool to actually read all the reasons why behind how he sets his programs up. Now I have to go back and get the nutrition one too! Thanks for the heads up!

"Jumping rope to catch your breath between sets doing one arm bb rows"....you are a female beast. That is just insane. Killer workout as always!

Thanks guys! Lats hurt when I breathe! Haha

Thanks for telling us about the John Meadows stuff! That's not a bad price at all!!

Strong rowing and Deads lady. My lats would be fried too.

Ooh... Gotta get the meadows books. Especially the method behind the training.

Shin cuts are standard with deadlifts, just a casualty of the game. It actually is a good sign that your form is dialing in.
