thank you!!! Heck no!!!! We were running on top of rocks, grass, dirt, and asphalt. Lol, one of the officers asked me how I like my shoes and I told him that I hattttttttted them! Lol, he said sorry, they should have told me it was a 4 mile run. Vibrams are good for squatting, dead lifting, and anything short distance. The pounding and no support totally killed my feet. I have blisters now and my arch aches.
thank you so much!
Vibrams are great for running but you need to learn the proper gait for a barefoot / minimalist running shoe. Your foot strike needs to be on the ball of the foot and under your body. Your heel should never hit the ground during your stride. Landing on the ball of the foot provides its own shock absorbing effect so you don't feel that pounding that you mentioned. Also you have to break in running in "barefoot" style shoes because the feet have to contract in ways they are not used to doing.
Just started doing steaks like this.. Fricken awesome. Never go back to a different way. Use cast iron or stainless steal pan, leave steak out (we use ny strips) for 45 minutes, season with salt and pepper or whatever? Heat pan medium to high heat, put small layer of olive oil in pan and drop steaks in and sear for 2 1/2 minutes one side, 1 1/2 minutes other side (steaks will be sizzling and splattering) then put whole pan in oven pre heated to 400degrees For 3 to 4 minutes rare to 6 to 8 minutes med well. Then take steaks out and wrap in aluminum foil for 7 to 10 minutes which allows juices to flow through steak. If you try this, time everything so you have a template to work from.. You will thank me later.. I have this method down to a science. We do once a week and my wife says it's better than going to steak house! (Maybe not Ruth Chris) but you get the point!! ENJOY!!
MMMM Very good sounding minus the Olive Oil. You should not cook with Olive Oil over 300 degrees, it takes it from being a healthy oil to becoming a ton of free radicals. Grape Seed Oil is the best for High heat searing and has no flavor to it. For baking up to 350-400 mildly refined Coconut oil is a great one. That is what I use for cooking anything between 300-400 degrees.
I only mention this because most people convert to using Olive oil to be more healthy however if used improperly they are actually doing themselves a disservice.
Do you guys think it'll still work?!?
Absolutely, I used a spoon and broke off a peice about 1/3 the size of what fits into a scoop and chewed it up just yesterday morning. That is just moisture. As much as i love some Finaflex stuff even when repping for them I kept pushing for them to add an extra desiccant pack to keep the moisture out of there. They have a few of the newer products that tend to do that very quickly in humid areas. Again still great products but here in Texas they gel up quickly if you don't use them relatively fast. I only need 1/2 scoop of Stimul8 so they last too long for me.
Ahh that is my fav color lol. Anything blue is my fav.
Yeah, it'll still work. You have to:
It's likely because it isn't properly mixed/shaken. This happens to mine if untouched over time, on all Pre's.
If any more moisture got to it it would look like molasses. Lol
Maybe you'll swap your Gangsta Wraps that you don't use for a tub....
No it is just humidity, once the seal is broken shaking it or not it is going to gradually gain more humidity. You are right though most products do this over time however Stimul8 can do it in a month. I think it probably has to do with the flavoring and we don't want that to go away. Remember the Ignite 2, you could keep that stuff for a year open it whenever you wanted and it would still be powder. I was always impressed by that.
I can't tell if it's mold or just the green apple...
Green Apple.
Well, what can I say?! There are fake a** people every damn where.... :side eyes:
ANYONE who mutters the words "We were mean to meet" on the first night you met is running game and cheesy game at that.
Hahahaha this is just classic douche... Reminds me of my single days where I picked up girls on Christian mingle... I don't usually go to church and clearly neither did they
Ha, well that isn't necessarily so. All Christians are sinners, the entire Christian religion is based off of the belief that Jesus came to pay penance for their sins with his blood because he was the only man to have ever lived without sin. So really it is not that they do not sin, but are aware they will be forgiven.
Inside tip;
A lot of guys on there are not actually practising Christians lol
Sure they are practicing they just haven't gotten good at it yet. LOL!
this among other things. this.
But, a lot of people claim to be saved and Christians but do not reflect it.
True, those are often people who were indoctrinated with the belief system when younger but have no passion for their religious beliefs. They spend their entire childhood being told that as long as they accepted Christ as there Savior, and asked for forgiveness they were going to Heaven. When that is the belief & they actually have no passion for their religion or their god they tend feel they can live how they want, and ask forgiveness later and all is well.
Says the man with the cross tattooed on his arm.

I kid, I kid! People's beliefs and faiths fascinate me. I was raised Christian and my Mother, Sister, and Aunt are all ordained ministers but I am actually an agnostic now if I had to label myself, but I still love me some theology too. It is just extremely interesting, and makes for great conversation with those who can have real conversations about it without attacking or feeling attacked.
It just felt numb 2 minutes in for me, got a killer heat flash and sweating though
Sounds like shock to me. LOL When I got mine done on my stomach I think I went into shock too. However it still hurt like a mofo but when I got up off the table there was a huge flowing puddle of sweat where I had been laying.
No more saying hello to strangers! Lol :/
Nah, just no giving your number to douchy people who say "it was meant to be" or "fate intended us to meet" the same night they meet you.
