Its going well brother. my work has been retarded lately and I haven't had a chance to even get to the gym much this week. What I can say is though is my body composition is remaining about the same even though I have been over worked undernourished and underestimated.

I think lax will really shine around 150-200mg. It's subtle with 100mg, but noticeable. 9 hours is plenty of time. That wrap in foil trick cooks it perfectly !Smoked it for 5 hours then wrapped it up in foil and raised the temp to 300-325° F for another 4 hours. A lot of people say that's not enough time for a 12 lb roast but when it's able to be pulled apart extremely easy with a fork and melts in your mouth, it's done!
