Nice workout, I like the song but don't know that it is something that would motivate me during a lift.
 
just picked up 3 more bottles of Str3ngth in pill form
going to be in this for the long hall I really want this to be a winner.

Yeah I listen to a lot of metal, rap and rapcore. Definitely toss in some Deathstep (dubstep to metal songs) It typically has to have a driving beat and or some really intense lyric like Rob Bailey and the Hustle Standard which is powerful and lots of bass but the beat itself is kind of slow but some of my favorite stuff to lift to. Everything in it is about not giving up, never quitting and pushing through obstacles. It is like a musical motivational speaker.

Damn I have never heard of the deathstep category That Shizz is intense. I have heard of Hustle Standard though they are solid!
I have been listining to a lot of Hip hop that utalisses a varaity of instramentals like Blakalicious, Brother Ali

I'm definitely gonna have to look up deathstep! A lot of Korn's new stuff (well, before they got their guitarist back) was heavy stuff with dubstep mixed in.

So one thing I have noticed is that immediately after application I instantly become more vascular

There is something going on for sure. I initially thought it was my preworkout causing the excess sweat but todays workout was pre free and I was still soaked

Interesting on the sweat and vascularity. I will be starting mine next week after a 7 day cleanse.

I am starting MI40 X2 today is the first day of the Primer Phase and Sunday I start a 7 day cleanse prescribed to be done the week before the program so the body can make better use of food and supplements. Basically a lot of greens, lemons, some brown rice basically it is a body builder specific cleanse providing decent amount of protein compared to most cleanses. It is the same 7 Day Cleanse that came with the original MI40. Should be easy to locate it. I would share it out but they put my name and serial number on every page of every PDF plus sent all files encrypted... Talk about trying to make sure no one shares out the info...

My wife liked it up until I got around 6% then she said it was starting to look gross. My arms and specifically my forearms are extremely vascular when lean. Of course now that she understands and realizes that we see the vascularity as a badge of a certain level of conditioning she gets why we are so impressed with it. Although there are some guys that just look like they are covered in "verygross veins" oops I mean varicose veins. I mean they look like they have nests of parasitic worms under there skin that is just nasty!

Just recently, on my last rep I hold the DB's up until my arms start lowering n the DB's drop outta my hands , lol.... Such a good burn as my legs start shaking n I get weak in the knees, ha ha....

Good god that would be a deep burn. My shoulders are smoked today!
(did I miss an opportunity to make a sexual joke about getting week in the knees ? Man I am off my game!)
