Its going well brother. my work has been retarded lately and I haven't had a chance to even get to the gym much this week. What I can say is though is my body composition is remaining about the same even though I have been over worked undernourished and underestimated.

Ya man I already work 10 hour days but now since they put a new guy with me they made me responsible for training him which has cut into my at time with my AM family and added a bunch of paperwork to my workload that I have to take care of at home. Blah corporate life

Its not a thread jack bro its a linking of minds btw Im jumping up the dose via your idea about mg per day and more being better. Im taking the Olympus bosses’ recommendation for the dosing of Trest (Oral and Transdermal application) 100 mg post shower 50 mg pre work out.

Ya the Stength is realy coming on strong it feels like when I get ready to flex Im coiled up tighter I really want to see what a Str3ngth and Ep1c stack would feel like.

I think lax will really shine around 150-200mg. It's subtle with 100mg, but noticeable. Can't wait to see what comes of this!

Smoked it for 5 hours then wrapped it up in foil and raised the temp to 300-325° F for another 4 hours. A lot of people say that's not enough time for a 12 lb roast but when it's able to be pulled apart extremely easy with a fork and melts in your mouth, it's done!

9 hours is plenty of time. That wrap in foil trick cooks it perfectly !

Thoughts: Well today is the start of week three. Sweet is still poring recovery is some what enhanced and the strength I am noticing is like when you add more bullet powder to a bullet. I feel like I have more inital pop in each rep of each lift.

Wow. Lots of volume! I have to get back into more of a normal wo again. Are you going to compete again?

Ya I'm going to focus on building this year while staying lean then hopefully kill it next year
 
Yesterday I went golfing and today was another high volume work day back at it tomorrow
