right? I've had some fatburners etc that get me pretty nauseous, it's not a good feeling and really pretty counter productive to the ultimate goal of cutting fat and sparing muscle.
 
lol - yeah - it was strong suppression. But it wasn't like I couldn't eat, especially after 4 weeks on it. I think the fact that coffee is a bit of a stimulant/appetite suppressant contributed. I couldn't finish the cup usually, it just made me feel so full. Then I'd not eat for hours. By the afternoon, I was fine...but it was definitely strong.
 
Controlled labs REDuction has been really helping me out on appetite control. I really like it and it has become a stable for me for during cutting.

After that, adderall?
 
I would check out eFlow Nutrition ENCINERATE thermogenic/fat burner, almost all the competitors on my team use it pre contest, it helps significantly with reducing body fat and reducing appetite! JillDunnFit and myself both use it and won our last competitions :)

Dexaprine makes it so I can go a long while without eating and not even realize it. No hunger pains at all. Great when getting into contest prep.
 
APPETITE SUPPRESSION:

i represent BPS and i am a true believer in combustion/dcp 2.0.....but when it comes to controlling my appetite nothing really comes close to level II by formutech!!!

Level 2 and DCP would be a crazy good combo!!
 
i'm actually really likeing the tt33 and albuterex combo i'm using....i want to throw dcp in but haven't got it in yet...but the hunger hasn't been too crazy with the combo i'm currently useing
 
Aight, Gonna try level 2, alphamine, tight xtreme reloaded and genomyx AMP citrate.

I'm still in for other suggestions, I love trying new thermogenics.

As much as I love Alphamine, for appetite suppression alone I would pick Norcodrene.

It is the only supplement that has made a dent in my appetite in the depths of photo shoot dieting.

The first appetite suppressant I've felt has been Top Secret Nutrition's XAT-7. Good blend and had a good feel while losing weight

The word so far is that the only things found were on the ingredient panel or derivatives of those ingredients, anyways.

No negative events, and tons of us here on AM have used and enjoy Dex. If this changes I will stop recommending it but for now its a popular stimulant choice.

Take heed of this recommendation. I am pretty stim tolerant. I downed a whole the first time and it made my heart pound. Almost uncomfortably. I almost took two. Thank God I didn't.

I liked the aegeline version of Alphamine. Do people still enjoy it as well? I will have to look into the norcodrene. Any "new" ingredients in this and does it have yohimbee. I still have some bottles of the original OEP laying around. Thinking about starting a new bottle of that or would the Norcodrene or new version of Alphamine be better?
