Thanks. I was relatively happy with my squats after such a long break.

I kind of like 6-bromo. It's potent enough to keep estrogen under control with my relatively low doses of everything but I'll probably up it to 100mg/day when I up the TR3ST to 75mg/day. I still prefer Formeron over it though - if gyno would happen to me, I don't think 6-bromo would help to destroy it.

By the way, I think this M1T may be something else than M1T. I'm not bloated. I'm not pulling glycogen into my muscles. I don't feel like **** - it's the opposite. Hell, I put on more size on Epi than I do on this M1T.

Of course I may be a bad responder but with my current carb intake I should definitely be bloated like a michelin man but I'm not. Not saying it's bunk though - it definitely does something. I look better than I would do without it but so far I'm kind of disapponted, I'd get better gains on 30-40mg/day of Epi. I will up it to 22.5mg/day at some point and see if it helps.

Thanks! No I haven't. This isn't high bar placement either, it's something in between. Just feels comfortable for me.

I don't know if it's bunk - I've had good experiences with Twisted Iron Supplements in the past. But it's definitely not what I expected. Maybe it's M1T and I'm just a bad responder, maybe it's something else... Dunno. But I feel good on it and it's not wet.

I've tried ATD but I hate it. It kills my libido and makes my joints hurt. Will never touch that stuff again.
 
I upped TR3ST to 75mg/day and 6-bromo to 100mg/day today.

I'm tempted to up this so-called M1T to 22.5mg/day but won't do it yet. I think I'll keep it at 15mg/day for one more week and up it to 22.5mg/day for the last week.

Good job on the 415!...missing a lift b/c you miss the rack command I always found to be silly.

Keep pushing it with the deadlift. We all miss lifts, even ones that we should make. Be proud you got the squat and next time you walk up to 510, make it pay!

Sorry about the M1T. Have you ever tried M1A? If you have, you can compare it to the M1A. From my understanding M1T should be way stronger then M1A so if you got more gains from the M1A, it's not that you are a non-responder, but its probably something else.
 
I've tried M1A at very low dose (20mg/day) for short period of time and it was more potent than this M1T at 15mg/day.

Am I able to put pounds on my deadlifts without actual squats ? Like leg pressing instead . Like I'm 5'7 195 but I was able to get 330 on my deadlift max .., but should I be hitting legs more like twice a week ?

Yes you are but squat OR front squat helps with first part of pull.

I actually got my DL up with front squats and SLDL's. I SLDL's 8x400lbs and front squatted 3x300lbs @ 170lbs at my best and hell, I think 8x400lbs SLDL is better than my 7x465lbs deadlift.

Yeah I would only do real squats if I had a workout partner . Don't trust my own form . Might do a light set of two of like 135-185 but no heavier than that I don't feel like chancing .

I'm thinking that I should do squats considering that I'm on a cycle but I don't like the idea of trying to do hella weight . But I'm sure if I can deadlift close to 350 then I should be able to squat like 275 . But I noticed on your deadlift video your stance was really wide .., does that help at all ?

My stance is not exactly very wide. It's not close either but I'd call it close rather than wide.It depends on where your strength is. I feel it easier to push my knees out with that stance than with closer stance but if I squat with wider stance, finding the right depth gets difficult.I'll post my 375lbs squat later today. It was technically much better than my 415lbs lift.

Today I did some stupid bodybuilding that didn't make any sense. I had forgot how I hate lactic acid. My coach will give me my new routine by the end of this week.

Looks like I'll start WSB style of training. It may help with my lack of motivation - doing several sets of squats or bench gets boring. Now I'll combine max effort work, dynamic effort work and bodybuilding.


I'll focus on my weak points on deadlifts and squats and I think resistance band speed pulls, deficit pulls and paused speed squats will help.
 
Looks like I'll start WSB style of training. It may help with my lack of motivation - doing several sets of squats or bench gets boring. Now I'll combine max effort work, dynamic effort work and bodybuilding. No really you look thick as hell i that picture.
Yodambomb you are just going to have to start burning more than you eat. Do you know how many calories you get in per day now? If already tracking then it should be very easy to drop 200 cals per day and slowly start leaning up only dropping again as you plateau. That or eat less for a bit then add in a cardio day or two, then possibly drop another 200 cals, then maybe add in a HIIT session or add 10 minutes to your LISS cardio. Really though you need to have an idea of how much you are eating so you can remove it very slowly to maintain muscle.

I think I'll add more size with WSB training than I did with "proper" powerlifting routine. I'll do more isolating exercises from now on and hopefully still get stronger on PL lifts.

One more experienced powerlifter said that I suck at wrapping my knees. He said that next time when we're together in the gym, he'll wrap my knees and he guarantees that I'll squat 440lbs then.

Yeah, more is better as long as you can keep estrogen under control. I'm at 100mg/day right now and it's possible that I won't up it to 125mg/day soon because 4 caps of AR1MACARE PRO and 150mg of 6-bromo daily are barely enough to keep estrogen in check.50mg of TR3ST preworkout is the bomb!

I just ordered a bottle of arimicare, I'm going to phase that in first and see how it affects me ai wise (I'm due to reup on support supps anyway). Based on how that works I may end up using formeron. I'm assuming you prefer 6-bromo to formeron, what are your thoughts on this?And I have to agree, I reLly like trest as well. No, I definitely prefer Formeron over 6-bromo. I just wanted to experiment with different AI's. Formeron is better than 6-bromo!
