Gear: - TR3ST at 125mg/day - test cyp at 200mg/week Training session: 1. Bench press 2x45lbs 2x90lbs 2x135lbs 2x180lbs 2x200lbs 2x220lbs 1x245lbs 2x260lbs 2 sets of 5 @ 210lbs (paused) 2A. Cable row 3 sets of 12 2B. Rear delts 3 sets of 20 3A. DB front raises 3 sets of 15 3B. EZ-bar curl 3 sets of 15 3C. Cable pushdown with rope 3 sets of 15 4. DB side laterals 1 long set I was tired after work so didn't really have the drive in the gym. Upped the TR3ST to 125mg/day today. AI's are 200mg/day of 6-bromo and 100mg/day of Arimistane right now. I'll up Arimistane to 150mg/day tomorrow and I'm tempted to up the TR3St to 150mg/day but not yet.
Did you notice any sides coming or going as you up the dose each time?

Yeah, estrogen related side effects but I can find it by upping my AI's.

Yeah, estrogen related side effects but I can fight it by upping my AI's. Worst was when I upped TR3ST from 75mg/day to 100mg/day. Haven't had any problems now with ELIM1NATE (arimistane, dosing it 4 caps/day ATM - ordered it from JW Supplements and it got here in 2 days) and 6-bromo.

I am currently bridging with 45mg trest ed with 100mg bromo and my joints hurt like sh*t after 4 days.

con: formeron did not arrive yet - feeling small lumps and have been fighting it with 20mg tamox ed for the last 3 days

I'm on 125mg/day of trest and 200mg/week of test. 6-bromo and arimistane are not very strong AI's. No joint issues at all and I actually upped arimistane to 200mg/day yesterday.

Gotta take it back though. 125mg/day of TR3ST seems to be too much even with that high doses of 6-bromo and arimistane.

I don't have much TR3ST left so I'll keep it at 50-75mg/day until the day of my meet.

Gonna throw in Diabolix as soon as I receive it... And I have some TransFORM on its way so I'll switch those other AI's to it as soon as it gets here :)

I'm not sure if I'll ever come off. But if I will, I'll run HCG before starting SERMs (long protocols with both Nolva and Clomid) + natural products like our SUP3R PCT, DermaSTRENGTH and EP1C.

Yeah definitely. At lower doses arimistane & 6-bromo are enough.
bomb I'd use Clomid but if I ever decide to come off, I'll take both.

Yeah if dosed too high. At max 50mg/day you shouldn't have any problems.

BTW, warm weather + dropping TR3ST is causing my bodyweight to drop FAST. I'm seeing cuts in my quads already. Hell, if this continues and if it doesn't hurt my strength, I may compete in 181lbs weight class in 15 days! It would be pretty cool actually.

Thanks! Gonna try 440lbs next time - and that is in 2.5 weeks. No more heavy squatting before push/pull nationals. 440lbs for a triple would be cool ;)

Speed bench tomorrow, heavy deadlifts on Sunday (or on Monday if I'm still sore after today's squats) - gonna try 1-2x520lbs without belt :)

Nice looking squats brother. You are a beast!

Regarding the SERMS, Clomid is simply a stronger serm that is really all you need to know regarding recovery. Any SERM will get you recovering though it is not specific to the gear you were on. Androgens caused the shut down and lack of them and estrogen is what is going to bring it back. SERMs dont actually lower estro but they make your body think it is lowered by binding to the receptors before the estro can. That signals the pituitary to produce LH which signals for testosterone production. The reason for more testosterone is to get it high enough that it can aromatize into estrogen and bring the levels back up. So you are just tricking the body to increase test production. If I were you I would run Clomid 50/50/50/50 shouldn't have any negative sides at that dose and you don't really need more than that for recovery. If not that then maybe Torem over nolva. Torem is basically nolva but new and improved. Same base structure if i remember correctly just slightly modified but know for swelling the boys back up in the first week.

By the way, 3 months is not a very long cycle at all. Most good injection cycles start 12-14 weeks and go up from there.

I agree, 12-14 weeks is not a long cycle. Last time I was on for 7 months - low doses though. Now I've been on for over 2 months already and this is just the beginning.

This was my last heavy lower body session before my meet and everything looks promising so far. Weight is going down so I'll probably lift in 181lbs class.

Hopefully rest of this prep goes well too. Last 2 weeks are a bit different, it's time to recover, grow and get ready to pull some heavy weights:

This week:
Wednesday: heavy bench + deadlift speed work
Friday: upper body dynamic effort + squat speed work

Meet week:
Monday: heavy bench + deadlift speed work
Wednesday: upper body dynamic effort + squat speed work
Saturday: meet

I just did my first ever delt injection. I've always pinned only to my glutes but not this time. Hopefully I'll be able to use my arms tomorrow, lol.
