Synthetic Supplements Product Request

I'm trying to rent with my gf dude... Stop releasing products.

lol, I read this as "I am trying to rent my girlfriend...".

I thought you were pimping her out in attempt to save up.

Thanks for getting the amentoflavone in stock, bought a bottle to check it out.

Would like to see a good chlorophytum borivilianum solo product. Awesome for mood/libido.

Background

Angelica sinensis (AS), a folk medicine, has long been used in ergogenic aids for athletes, but there is little scientific evidence supporting its effects. We investigated whether AS induces hypertrophy in myotubes through the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt (also termed PKB)/mammalian target of the rapamycin (mTOR) pathway.
Methods

An in vitro experiment investigating the induction of hypertrophy in myotubes was conducted. To investigate whether AS promoted the hypertrophy of myotubes, an established in vitro model of myotube hypertrophy with and without AS was used and examined using microscopic images. The role of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway in AS-induced myotube hypertrophy was evaluated. Two inhibitors, wortmannin (an inhibitor of PI3K) and rapamycin (an inhibitor of mTOR), were used.

Result: The results revealed that the myotube diameters in the AS-treated group were significantly larger than those in the untreated control group (P < 0.05). Wortmannin and rapamycin inhibited AS-induced hypertrophy. Furthermore, AS increased Akt and mTOR phosphorylation through the PI3K pathway and induced myotube hypertrophy.
Conclusion

The results confirmed that AS induces hypertrophy in myotubes through the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway.

The main chemical constituents of AS roots are ferulic acid, ligustilide, angelicide, brefeldin A, butylidenephthalide, butyphthalide, succinicacid, nicotinic acid, uracil, and adenine [17]. The constituents most often associated with thepharmacological activities of AS roots are ferulic acid and ligustilide (predominantly theZ-isomer). Ferulic acid can inhibit platelet aggregation and serotonin release, and ligustilideexhibits significant antiasthmatic and spasmolytic activities[17]. The levels of these 2constituents are typically used as chemical markers for thequality control of AS roots[18,19]. Some of these roots are thought to exhibit proliferous properties, whereas othersmight exhibit myogenesis effects. Ferulic acid, an active compoundderived from AS, canstimulate cell proliferation through Akt signaling [20]. Polysaccharides in AS roots canpromote the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells andmegakaryocytic lineages through the PI3K/Akt pathway [21]. However, whether AS actuallyinduces hypertrophy in myotubes is unknown.

I'd like to see this. If not, I'll bring it to market.

What about a basic sleep aid/GH supplement?
I believe arginine/ orninthe (maybe another amino acid, cant remember off the top of my head) help increase GH release when sleeping, maybe add some b6, 5htp and GABA?

Have u tried their l-dopa supplement (dopadex)? It's great for sleep and gh and is priced great.

-SA2-A
-Umpteenth request for Theacrine
-28-Homobrassinolide

Option #2 has already been tried (>1 year ago). We don't want to disappoint you, I'll just leave it at that.

The third has great data but is unfortunately patented by the researchers, similar to ursolic acid. It won't see any light in the supplement industry

yes I have a couple of bottles and love it, but if I'm not tired enough it will actually wake me up (ie stims too late in the day)

Yeaa but I want 500mg caps!

Hey man I know that USPLabs has a product with 500mg caps, so does Nutrakey, and I believe MST has an Agmatine product with 500mg per cap plus some extras.

i use infinite labs agmatine pumps were nuts at 750mg, really don't know why there always better on 750 vs just 500mg for me

I will miss them. So easy to add a couple to a pre workout to make it more complete.

I will definitely miss them as well. Wish I would have known we were haunting production I would have stocked up.

I get my dose of agmatine from High Volume. It has 1g in 2 scoops

Probably been said already but HICA would be nice especially in bulk caps. Other than that taurine would be nice too.

Smart people stocked up :)

Especially when directed to a site that was selling it for $14

A couple more places, including a new board sponsor, still have it available. Hit TFSupplements.com if you're a fan.

I got stuck in the same boat. Reps should have had dibs! Haha
Can't wait for the next one to come out!

Release a root extract of Valerian for 4‘-O-β-d-glucosyl-9-O-(6‘ ‘-deoxysaccharosyl)olivil.

So i can smash preworkouts at night and still get to sleep ;)

I will say, one of these post in tbis thread has a future product guessed correctly ;)
