Well this was the chain of reactions leading up to atomic explosion

Strike one- came home from visiting a friend to a few less than kosher happenings. And I'm gonna leave it at that.

Strike two- doing hammer curls in the gym with 70lb DB. After my last set guy looks over and says "hey ur pretty strong for a little guy" I'm not sure if it's a compliment or insult. I took it as the latter. But said nothing.

Strike three-crusty ol grandma hits me in the a$$ with her buggy as I'm headed into the 20 item or less check out lane. When I turned to be like wtf?!? She cut me off and hopped right in line with a cart with I dunno 100 items.

Then I lost it and hit the home run- in the line at subway. Guy has three subs and three flat bread pizza things. When the clerk asked what he wanted on the subs. His response was salad. Just fukkin salad. After 10 minutes of them arguing over what exactly salad meant the beast came out. I looked at dude and was like u got one sentence to finish this order before I leave your teeth all over the floor. He started to say something to me and I cut him off. Said I suggest you use this sentence to order and not to say shyt to me cause I ain't fukkin playin. He finished his order and left.

I'm still pi$$ed off!!!!!!!!!!!!

problem is inconsiderate behavour and rudeness have become so ingrained in our society that people are unaware they are even acting badly, it's become the norm!!!! i hate it when i see older people doing it, they should be trying to raise the bar instead of sinking to that level!!!

I exploded at Wal-Mart not too long ago......got escorted out.

A week later I saw a guy get straight up "Terry Tated" by some huge guy while he was trying to steal something. Great times.

Well the rising tides have subsided. Sitting around be lazy. G8 soon then sleep soon after.

Today in the gym I increased weights on every lift which I'm pretty happy about.

Tomorrow is shoulder day. They've been bothering me lately. May try some lighter weight with more tut and see how that will fare for me

Walmart is cheap indeed but it comes with a headache.

I rather shop at Target of the 2.

I hate the Walmart in my county and area. But in other states or nicer counties, they're alright.

I choose to morph my body into what ever "type" I want. I'm not sure if I think any of those titles are accurate. U can be anything from jaba the hut to skeletor depending on the choices u make. What does everyone else think ??

Heavy hammers have always been a blessing for me. But I'll try and get some video up next week. Maybe I'm not as blessed as I think. Form feels good to me but outside judgements hasn't let me down yet

Had another 2 pitas from Pita Pit tonight. Damn. Love Em!

I thought Pita Pit was a Canadian franchise actually.. unless it is just an independant place down in FLA...

Never heard of Tim Hortons. Then again I DON'T eat out much. I'm picky on what I eat out if it's not what I cook.

There ARE new restaurants opening up here in town that I've never seen before. Like cheddars, and steak houses etc.

Pita Pit is just a healthy place to eat. They have these pita bread pockets that are sliced in the center and it's like subway where they ask you what you want inside it as the cooking of the meats you ordered are on the flat surface grill. They have all kinds of chopped veggies. They even have hummus. I don't get that tho. Don't like it.

I don't know if Pita Pit started here in Florida.

a man among my own "cheating" habits..
never been into donuts really, but I have a fondness for chocolate covered cherries - Cella's preferably..
I have eaten 2 boxes of those (24ct per box), concurrent with other nastiness (like cherry sours/candy bars/ice cream/junk sugary cereals/etc) on these rare occasions -- no joke, I approach 10-15k cals of straight garbage during these couple-hr long forays
it is a conscious attempt to splurge mind you, not like I try to contain myself and only have a few lol ... I feel like sh1t for 3 days (joints swell up to size of softballs) and then I don't do it again for another yr or two..
