So I'm doing the back extension machine and this lady comes stand next to me. (probably 80ish) I looked at her and asked if she wanted to use it and she replied yes. I told her I was almost done and she stood there the whole time staring at me. Lol so weird...

This picture needs to be posted in front of every squat rack in a gym. It would hopefully shame all of the people that have no idea what they're doing into doing a bit of research. Or maybe into simply following the guide on the picture.

I saw a middle eastern dude trying to squat with the smith machine a few days ago. His heels were touching with his toes pointed outward. When he went down, his heels would raise off the ground and his knees would point almost straight out to the sides. He sort of looked like an accordion. His friends were doing almost the same thing.

She was violating the facility rules, which she agreed to abide by when she signed her contract.

In general I don't mind if girls wear that stuff if they have the bodies to pull it off. If not it's just embarrassing for them and eye damaging for everyone else.

Ignorant. It's statements like these that makes girls insecure about their bodies. Who cares what they wear, the fact is that they're trying.
 
I saw the tank top and the individual in the article. She was in extremely good shape and nothing was wrong with the tank top. She just happened to be pregnant. The gym staff were out of line. I think she should sue
