you renovate the same way I do. I do all the demolishing and then pay someone to come and make it better lol.

For what it's worth...I think the bathroom looks fine the way it is.
 
I've done two bathrooms from the studs, tile and everything. They both turned out pretty good. I have a talent for it somehow...

I've been finishing a room in the basement for my two oldest daughters to have as a bedroom. Got the framing all done, sheet rock, and now I'm mudding. I HATE mudding! Which is why it has taken me over 3 months to do lol.

Finally back to the gym. Life has been extremely busy as of late and too many things took a back seat. This bathroom was much more of an undertaking than I had originally planned for, or even imagined. There was a leak and the whole bathroom had to be torn down to studs due to the presence of what I assume was black mold. I got sick for a day after demo, and felt like death. Lots of bleach and water and dry time. All plumbing was replaced and some switches were moved. The tile is in, all the drywall is up, the shower enclosure is functional and all I have left is sanding, paint and installing the remaining fixtures (sink, toilet, medicine cabinet). This is the first time that I have done a lot of the stuff that this project has called for, and altogether I believe I have fared well.

Haven't lost strength but cardio-ability has suffered a bit. Worked up to 355x3 on DL for my heaviest set so seeing some improvement. Rowing sucks.

Yessir, that's the plan. That's one of the things that has fallen by the wayside, without any intent. I have some catching up to do.

Thank you sir. I have a good feeling that I'm on track to surpass my goals as far as the numbers go. I just need the Legion of Boom to do what they've been doing all year and I won't be wearing a dress.

$100, slightly used ($189+shipping normally). Had thin socks on this morning so they felt a little loose when I tried them on, with thicker socks I think they'll be fine. Think I'm gonna spring for 'em.

I wish I wasn't on the phone so I could listen to lamb of god and read the update at the same time haha

I find with deads choosing the jumps is important. For example, there is a chance you go from 355 to 3 and a quarter plates, then 4 maybe you get it. Who knows?

Basically I personally think balancing energy expenditure and not jumping to much at the same time comes into play with deads.
