On the days that I lift, do you guys think it's better to take 1 scoop in the morning and 2 scoops preworkout? Or should it always be 2 scoops in the AM and 1 later? Also, do you guys follow the 30min breakfast rule or do you wait longer? Also, intermittent fasting is not necessary at all to be used with Alphamine right? I mean a straight up 10% caloric deficit should be ok right?
One more thing: am I still considered natty if I'm taking Alphamine? I don't really care but I'm just curious. I've been taking Craze for a year now (the "new" version), and a lot of people are saying that makes me non-natty. I hope I don't offend anyone, I'm just curious!
