Alphamine: sip it or guzzle it?

My fruit punch has run out.

Tomorrow morning commences raspberry lemonade for me.

Wish me luck, slumming it with the flavours when I am used to the king which is fruit punch.

I'll drink some FP tomorrow and cry for you having to miss out on it. :(
 
On the days that I lift, do you guys think it's better to take 1 scoop in the morning and 2 scoops preworkout? Or should it always be 2 scoops in the AM and 1 later? Also, do you guys follow the 30min breakfast rule or do you wait longer? Also, intermittent fasting is not necessary at all to be used with Alphamine right? I mean a straight up 10% caloric deficit should be ok right?

One more thing: am I still considered natty if I'm taking Alphamine? I don't really care but I'm just curious. I've been taking Craze for a year now (the "new" version), and a lot of people are saying that makes me non-natty. I hope I don't offend anyone, I'm just curious!

1) The dosing will depend on when you feel you need/want the energy more. Do you really need something to kick you into gear for early morning/before noon at work/etc? Or do you really like to get a big boost before your workout? Personally I would either go with a 1.5 scoops at both times or 1 scoop AM/2 scoops pre-workout to best take advantage of the stimulant blend's positive effects on fat burning during workouts.

2) IF is not necessary to reap the benefits of Alphamine. The formula is well rounded and not dependent on a certain dietary protocol.

3) There are no hormones/hormone altering ingredients within Alphamine that would conribute to what most people would consider "unnatural". That is a very vague term though and some even consider creatine "unnatural", but something like Alphamine would still be allowed within use of natural bodybuilding competitions.

I took some Alphamine this morning so I am in a good mood (total side note :D ).
 
All this alphamine talk makes me really want to crack a tub open.. Where's my citrus splash?!

This is going to be amazing. The break from Alphamine I have currently is the longest break for me since the release. Trying citrus splash will be like repopping my cherry! :)

Can you elaborate please? I'm running the Texas Method and eating at a 10% caloric deficit, and I get enough protein daily.

Then you should be able to gain strength. If your diet is spot on and your training (not familiar with Texas method) then you will be able to get stronger while cutting.. It also depends on how long you are cutting for and how much weight you are losing

Aceroni is spot-on. At a 10% deficit, you should absolutely be able to get stronger with alphamine while cutting. Especially on a strength-oriented training routine

You have no idea how happy that makes me. Gaining strength is my favourite thing in the world, and the fact that I can keep doing that while losing around 1lb of fat a week is great. I'm currently 180lbs and 5'6 at around 17% bodyfat, planning to cut until I hit 10-12% bf. So until January-February probably.
 
Just keep cutting as slowly as possible. Keep in mind as your bodyweight changes so will your leverages with big compound movements

In my experience, strength loss manifests either in single digit BF% cutting or cuts beyond 12 weeks in length. So you should be good to go with your current plan. If you notice a dip in strength, start scheduling planned refeeds once weekly following a depletion-style training session.

Not a clue to be honest! Maybe y'all need to stack those 2 on a cut, I'd never cut without either of them again. Well, prime isn't to necessary.

Bulk or cut I'm using anabeta or anabeta elite.

Hands down and I'm sitting at like 6%

I am using raspberry lemonade at the moment.

I am still faithful to fruit punch but I must say that I enjoy the RL more than I remember lol.

most of my friends who are teachers have had mac's with 0 problems in 5 years.

Granted.. you can ship back to apple with warranty which i do have, it just takes a lil bit to come back, so i dont really end up paying anything, because after 3 times you send to the company they junk the computer and give you a full refund.

Well, Alphamine didn't do much for me as a preworkout today (took 1 scoop upon waking up, and 2 scoops preworkout + 1 scoop HemaVol on an empty stomach 6 hours later). On the two days that I usually take preworkout (Mondays and Fridays), would it be fine if I took 2 scoops Alphamine upon waking up and then 1.5 scoops of Craze preworkout 6 hours later? Craze has around 80mg caffeine per scoop I believe.

Also, I'm gonna give away my two remaining HemaVol tubs to my bodybuilder friends. I train only in the 1-5 rep range and rest 8-12 mins between sets so it doesn't do much for me as far as pumps go. It's still a fantastic product though, because I look so shredded when I do high rep curls and lateral raises, but I only do isos once a week at the very end of my workouts so it's not very useful.
 
You can use Alphamine in the morning and a pre workout several hours later depending on dose and your tolerance.

Given recent reports I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending Craze to anyone though.
 
Oddly enough, I also dosed 1.5 scoops craze today, along with 50mg 1,3...had a scoop of alphamine 4 hrs later...works for me...now if that unicorn would just stop following me around.... :eek:

Your tolerance is mind blowing.. 1.5 scoops of craze had my wired for almost 6 hours

I must have had a bad batch. 2 scoops of craze had me yawning and lethargic.

2 scoops of enhanced however... Wired!
 
How does Enhance compare to Craze in your opinions? I might just get Enhance and sell my sealed Craze tubs on eBay or something. What I love about Craze is the focus - you put on your headphones, get under the bar and suddenly nothing else matters in the world but your lifts. The "mind-muscle" connection is amazing. Energy-wise, it's smooth energy but pretty mild, which I'm okay with. Also, post-workout, I can study for hours it's ridiculous. I know that Craze has an analogous substance to meth but I'm just curious how Enhance compares.
 
Between 2-3 gallons never tried cranberry chews but might pick some up next time I go grocery shopping, nbd though I just won't buy enhanced again not a bad preworkout by any means just don't like it when my wiener burns or makes me suspicious of my wife. Thought she was cheating for awhile till I realized the only time it burns is when I take enhanced lol so glad I didn't approach her with my suspicions

I've never had my pee burn while on enhanced! Woah! Lol. Do you frequent night clubs and hang with strange a lot sir?

To the person asking how enhanced compared to craze. I personally didn't have a good experience with craze but love the focus I get on enhanced. Nothing really compares to it for me personally.
