Looks good. If you feel like you are over doing anything then back off. It shouldn't be hard. Just enough to know you're working.
 
On a VERY POSITIVE note, I tried practicing arch and think I may be on to something exciting for my presses. That shyt hurt bad and felt like I was gonna cramp up bad but I liked it. Vids later for review from you guys. You can tell my lumbar is still fckd up because I can't get up from the bench in a regular fashion. Woe is me...

So I only took it easy on the presses. Everything else was 80-90%. Lumbar spine still all fcked up but whatever. One day I'll get surgery for it, until then work thru the pain.

205 is what I deloaded with last week two, but I went a little heavy. I would say you're right on. I like to do 3 sets at @65%.

That poor kid. He's lost in the sauce and doesn't even know it. I so want to help him train or at least take him on as a client but he's one of those bull-headed arrogant know it alls. It's cool, I'm sure I was similar in nature when I was a young buck but damn at least I was open minded

I try. I think besides being an All-American Badass, I miss being a mentor and role model to the young Marines while I was in. Was talking to my wife about it just yesterday...

You goin to Chi? Headin up with the gal from the Lou here to hit the beach at Lake Michigan in a few weeks for Labor Day. Gonna be stupid crowded, but I'm pumped for a 3 day vacay from work. Chi in summer is pretty sweet - tons of stuff to do. If you find you have too much time & money when you arrive, you won't when you leave ;)
 
Well my back is feeling better so I may do deload squats today. F'N BS man, here I thought I had a nerve problem and my doc tells me, while handing out more pain meds than I want or need, that I suffer from a bulging disc. Says I should reconsider powerlifting. No way man. Let the quest for 190 resume, and if I can't go hard for a minute for obvious reasons I can still do cardio and high rep shyt...

Not much, just restarted my lifts from noob status in hopes to get stronger. Doing alright on the 5x5 so far added 1 plate to DL's and Squats, but honestly I'm back to where I restarted from. Looks like you hitting PCT, what were you running? Looked a few pages back lol figured I just ask

Remains to be seen. Comprehensive UIs in my near future, lie detectors as well but they are notoriously easy to beat. Been on for 18 weeks, recovery is gonna be a bytch but not impossible. IMO igf is the most important product here, allowing for prime anabolism while letting hpta to recover. Took my last shot today...
 
You need waaaay more clomid. I run Clomid at straight 50 for 4 wks/ often with a kicker for first 2-3 days at 100mg. And it's not uncommon to hear guys running it at 100 after heavy injectable cycles for several wks. FWIW, can't go wrong w/ 50 for a month. I'd seriously kick it off hard, like 100 for a wk at least if I had been on as long as you.

If Clomid makes you feel sad & bitchy (like me) & that's why your dose is too low, tough titty said the kitty. You'll be better off a little emo than having no T in your veins. Feel me?

Well I thought about it. I might do 150 a few then 100 a few then 50 for three weeks. I have plenty to spare

That's because 25 is a whiny little bitch dose, brother. That's what I use for a last week, if I bother tapering to that at all. I don't feel the nut-swinging goodness there either tho.
 
Well back is finally feeling better. Now just my left quad is kicking my ass. Feels like it got hit by a car from my last shot. Back to work next Monday if all goes well. Hcg is in effect. Waiting on delivery for igflr3. 2 grams for 1 month
