Got my 8s back in yesterday, went from closed up to that in like 5 days. A lil bit of blood, some weeping, but we're all good now. Keep them clean as you can, & don't let the lady suck on em for a few days. Should be g2g.

Definitely feeling like the preworkout is what did me in. I took a scoop before leaving to the gym without stopping to remember why I discontinued my use of them: they have made my workouts worse. Less intense, less strength and stamina, and less energy. Sticking to coffee from now on...
 
On a plus side I had to take my lifting belt in a notch which means I'm losing weight again. After being 200+ for some time now I must say I really do feel better around 195 and am eager to hit 190 in a month or so

No way could I press 200 for 37. I couldn't do it for 20. Nice work. On the bench & in general in here.

I'm assuming you've been using ignite then.

I don't have any experience with it, personally. I don't recall anything crazy about the formula, and I know others that like it.

Is it the 1,3 (I believe ignite still has 1,3)?
 
I really enjoy the new version (wanted the old but NP sent me the wrong one) - had to stop it due the Aspartic Acid while I log Mass FX, but I'll def be finishing my tub. I think it's rather mild, which is part of what I love about it. Good effects without over-the-top presence for me. Just sayin'; sry for the threadjack.

You are correct sir. But it's not particularly isolated to one specific pwo either. I am rather ashamed of this admission but the only pwo I've tried in the last 3 months or so that actually delivered for my needs was a muscletech product. Can't remember exactly what the product was called

No that was a "fat burner". I'm actually a VERY avid fan of the OG PX Whites by FF. I have quite a supply left and one in the morning keeps me going all day. Two and I feel like a coke head...

I don't blame u for not liking that Ignte2. Only tried a sample pack n I came in feeling good .. But then something kicked in n I just felt drained. Not good bro. Has to b something in it that just doesn't go
 
I don't think any of them go with me anymore. Too much use. Gonna have to stay away for several months

Oh, so you're prepping for contest now? Gtfo of here with that crap, what you need is some McDonald's.

You're powerlifting now, so make sure you get a few dbol in with that large Coke. Exact dose is irrelevant, just make sure that's all preworkout & you don't forget your jug of gatorade & snickers this time. You know you get bitchy when you forget your intra-workout nutrition.
