Absolutely agree with ya on taste.

Yeah , this stuff is honestly insane. I see why they say 4-5oz per scoop. I did 10oz and it was damn spot on. Not strong, not diluted honestly perfect taste. I could see some doing 12-14oz if they dont like sweeter tasting stuff. But this honestly has no bitterness or no tartness to it. More of a Raspberry flavoring which is very enjoyable since most people dont make Raspberry flavored products. Great change of pace.
 
Glad to see it arrived! In to watch some great results. I'm sure you've heard this before but I recommend trying your alphamine chilled, hard to believe but it tastes even better.

First day dosing both to the full effect

2 scoops of alphamine gives insane focus and duration of energy. NO jitters and hell i am still feeling the energy and its a bit past my workout. Overall this stuff is VERY Strong for around 125mg caffeine per serving.. WOW

it is now about 3 hours post-workout and i can still feel energy/focus from the product. so this stuff is strong let me tell you. I have no jitters, and my energy was peaking for being so damn early in the morning.

Caution to those who are first taking it or using it, when you do your second dose later in the day try to do it more along the lines of 6 hours after your first, or else you wont fall asleep! I had a ton of trouble sleeping last night so i am a little tired.

I also had a bit of an upset stomach after having that cheat meal with pizza so it did not settle too well, but i cant contribute that to alphamine.

Overall i was sweating BUCKETS this morning. HOLY COW my shirt was drenched and i had to actually take my sweatshirt off (i always train in a hooded sweatshirt) so it was rare for me to take it off. I literally had to refill my shaker cup of BCAA's up like 2-3 times because i needed more liquids..

This stuff is POTENT.

Alpha + T2

Again, the energy is very profound. I asked cooper yesterday that 250mg of caffeine from alpha seems like it really is stronger than most pre-wrokouts as he explained the blend as well is going to contribute to the energy matrix as well.

Doing heavy back squats and rockin the alphamine = recipe for sweating your ass off. Holy cow! i dont think i can train in a hooded sweatshirt anymore while taking this stuff because i am literally dripping buckets.

This is gonna be one sweaty and good log. But i really have to buckle down before i leave for vacation on the 11th of july! Coming soon!

What sold me on it was actually the HICA, which Im real happy to see in cellucor BCAAs too.

Working legs in back to back days my legs were destroyed, and i just kept sweating on the 5 second negatives as they built up inside of me. The RL is so damn delicious i could drink this stuff all day long and the 2 scoops is awesome focus/energy that lasts for up to 3 hours if not longer for the majority, and not to mention it goes past my workout for at least an hour or so. So this is crazy good. Overall i am very happy!

Scale is starting to drop already (down a few pounds) and mirror is changing fast.

here is how it went down

Upon waking 1 Alphamine + 2 ALpha T-2 (6 AM)

Pre-workout Meal 11:30
6 hours later 2 alphamine + 1 Alpha T-2 Pre-workout (1 PM)

Alright, pumps were MUCH more noticible in the afternoon and energy was blazing when the 2nd dose got in me. Sweating or overheated was not really noted as it was the first two-three days, but i am getting used to it perhaps? Who knows regardless the energy and focus aspect is KEY here, with the second dose in me my energy continued to grow during my workout and it seemed very easy even on the rows. My rest times were very short and i just kept hammering out sets with ease.

Overall my energy, focus, and overall body temp has increased ten fold thats for sure. I feel great all day long even as i continue to drip a bit of weight, and my workout performance has not suffered which is key while cutting.

Today was a great day, cant wait to squat in the morning.

Great performance has not suffered while cutting, that is one tricky thing, I like afternoon training more I know for many it comes down to personal. This way I have my morning Coffee and afternoon Enhanced...Kind of like the having your cake and eating it too. I know from where I see though you are the person for getting good recipe for cake.

got a deep tissue massage last night so i blew threw the squats, my legs were very warm and already very loose and flexible, it made squatting a breeeze.

Sent my trainer a weekly update, we may be cutting calories a bit more to make sure the after pictures are that much better :)

Training Update:

Austin Stout "Data4" will be officially taking over my training...I have been very good friends with him in the past, but now he is officially with "INOV8 Elite Performance" with Matt jansen, and Chris.

Jason Theobald will still be doing my nutrition, but i will be allowing Austin to take over my training being more a bodybuilder and knowing me well to help script my workouts.

these will begin sometime next week since he will be out of town.
Just a personal decision to allow austin to take over my training.

So for the weekend i will be running a Mountain Dog Type workout until Austin gets back to me.

500g of carbs yesterday from 4-9 PM, woke up and was only up .3 pounds cant beat that, hit a new low of 171.5 the other day so weight wise we are moving and belt is down another notch (Already lost an inch on my waist since starting this log) mirror is changing fast, but i dont want to post any pics till its all said and done before i leave for vacation on the 11th of July.

Time to finish this log strong, energy was solid, i was scooting today and the pump was incredible. added in a scoop of hemavol with my alpahmine pre-workout and wow.. that is CRAZY ish....

DO reccomend.. Lemonade Hemavol with RL Alphamine = Yes please.

Food porn in here is not good for my low carb diet!! I must unsub sir! I kid.

I like the drop sets you did on the hammer strength. I've been utilizing the same type of drop set work with every workout and it is really stressing the muscles and tightening me up good. It's amazing how pushing 3 plates on hammer is easy but when you get to a plate and a quarter it feels unbearable by rep 5 haha. Nice work in here bob!
 
Still haven't tried the Hema + Alphamine combo but I have been wanting to for a while now. Will have to give it a try for sure. Those pancakes sounds delicous and look bomb.
 
Mix
2 scoops ON gold standard vanilla
1 cup blueberries
1 cup kale
2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup raw almonds

Blend up, freeze for 2 hours. Best icecream
