I feel like every spoon of ice cream I eat will go straight to the belly fat..
I've also been on this stack for close to 4 weeks so far and it is definitely sick.
Alphamine + alpha T2 is my new favorite combo.. I'm about to order some more and try the fruit punch flavor..
My AP is my excuse when I eat carbs otherwise I try to stay away :/ Also using Anabeta elite and erase pro. The next 4 weeks when that studd runs out though I'm going to be running just the AT2 and alphamine just like my man The Solution.

4 second concentric skullcrushers? I like it.
One of the most horrible tempos I ever used was a 5-0-5-0 on the trap bar deadlift whilst on a Poliquin strength and conditioning course.

Throughout this log as I continue to cut I will hope the addition of Alphamine + Alpha T-2 can help shed 5-6 pounds over these next 4 weeks. Currently Sitting around 177 Pounds. Will take weight at end of the log as well to compare.

I take weekly Pictures for my Trainer (Jason Theobald) as he does assess my physique pre-contest and in the offseason to stay in condition for next time I do take the stage (Currently growing into a middleweight after competing last July at Collegaite Nationals as a LW ((Came in right at 154 the cutoff)). Doing a cut right now to tighten up for a wedding next month/vacation I will be taking for 11 days.
Sounds awesome to me. I know you work hard in the gym and kitchen and feel that with all that on point that your results are expected. Great log man and I can't wait to see the final comparison pics.![]()

So what do you think? 6 pounds show a lot of difference? While the scale did not change as much as i had hoped the overall mirror IMO got a lot leaner, hence why my trainer did not pull calories as much for this log.

Dude, awesome log and honestly, with those progress pics, there's really no ambiguity with them at all. You clearly have vastly increased definition everywhere, it's actually probably one of the best transformations I've ever seen in such a time frame. The front pose - your legs are way more shredded ; the back double bi - EVERYTHING is way leaner; And the side pose shows a ridiculous improvement in delt and pec separation. Thanks a ton for the log my man and excellent work on your physique!
