Chest is starting to show striation which is nice. Surprised since I haven't done direct work on it due to rotator issues for a week and a half. Bit of a hunger but that's normal. In regards to liver issues, back about 20 years ago when I was 23, there were harsher stuff out the in my opinion and I took my share. Never did PCT or had any health issues. I am not saying it is the same now or I am in just as good health condition. I don't know.....I dont wanna see 2 mates in ER with liver failure or problems

The widow maker. Up another 10 lbs from max. These hurt like hell, but can't beat the pump you get when you are finished. These have to be one of the major reasons my shoulders are improving in size and width.

These are what DJBeanpole used to do. I like this movement a lot. Probably am not calling it by correct name. You are basically holding weight above your head and shrugging upwards. Another good finisher.
Finished eating for the day so I thought I get an update in for today. Going to sleep early as I am going into work early tomorrow.
The acne is a real problem for me right now. They are everywhere. Not enough for me to do something but still very annoying.
Libido is up sky high still which is a surprise. It usually starts to plateau and go below normal levels after 3 week or so. Still waking up with a solid wood every morning and any stimulus mentally or physically induces desired results.
Strength gain is definite and workout capacity is high as well.
But the best part.....Rock hard muscles all day long. This pump effect is something I have never experienced before. Not this strong. Muscles stay hard and just a bit of activity like shower or brushing my teeth creates effects like I just went through a workout.
No bad health related issues. BP is normal. Heart is not racing. No headaches or lethargy. I think I am drinking plenty of water - 2 1/2 gallons minimum. The urine is clear and I am going to bathroom frequently,
That is all. Take care. Only 4 capsules remaining until new bottle I bought comes in. Not sure if I will do final review at 4 week point and move onto new log or just extend this log for 2 more weeks.

My cardio is really dragging though - which is deflating. I am considering stopping the runs till I am dong and just doing some LISS on a treadmill.
