Thank you bean. Matty ran this as well. He seemed to like it a lot. I want more !!!

This with MD shoulder routine rounded out my shoulders nicely and brought up my traps and arms. I have that V look even with the same waist.

Can't wait to cut for remainder of summer.

5/28 Day 29

Macros
3,011 calories (308p, 186c, 115f)

Quinoa, pork, chicken, shrimp, white rice, red potatoes, veggies, ezekiel bread, cookie butter and small corn bread pudding.

Workouts

Legs

Body Masters Front Squat
90x15
180x12
270x10
360x8
410x8
Little twinge in lower back after 5th set. Form was on point. Probably too heavy for my lower back to support. Kicked my ass to start.

Leg Press
90x20
180x15
270x15
360x12
450x12
540x12
630x8
655x5
680x5
705x5
730x10
The squats kicked my ass and I had nothing left to do drop sets on leg press. I tried to get as many as I can on max weight.

Leg Curl (hoist)
133x12
133x12
133x12
133x12
Couldn't go higher as hamstrings were tight.

Leg Extensions
145x8
145x8
145x8
145x8
Swing cheat leg extensions. Bad form. Squats to start ? Never again. It affected everything that followed.

I am not unhappy. It is what it is. Leg Press was taken, so I had to start with squats. Now I know how much it can take out of you. All in all, I had nice muscle pump and felt still got in solid work.

Back tomorrow then softball on Thursday. Tomorrow marks Day 30 of M-Sten RX.

Good stuff. How much more do you think you'll put on in the next 2 weeks? And how much is water weight? 7.5 pounds in a month is a substantial gain.

Thanks Dan. Not a true front squat as it is machine supported. But still a killer.

Based on what I see in the mirror I'd say 4 lbs of muscle. Maybe 5 ???

There is a noticeable difference in shoulders, traps, arms and legs.

I have a small bloat in my stomach.

Ran out of time today so could not goto gym. I tracked my workouts for this run (30 days) and I will be OK missing a workout. Haha. That's what I said to justify it. At least 5 workouts per major body part (except chest) plus 1 partial when I did 2 parts per day in the first week.

Softball game tomorrow. May try to fit in a workout also.

Not much different. Hopefully at least 3 major workouts for back, shoulders and leg. I still hope to get some chest work in, but I still end up aggravating my cuffs each time.

34 shoulders

About 5 weeks in :
Shoulders - x8
Leg - x6
Back - x7
Arms - x3
Chest - x2

Except for chest (injury) and arms (I usually never work), body parts were worked more than 1x per week. I want to get it up to x9 at 6 week point, which works out to an average of 3 workouts per every 2 weeks per body part.

I know. There is no order. It's the Weider....I mean Fumoney body confusion principle. E-book coming out soon.

Sorry for the delay guys. I owe you updates since I moved over to the M-sten bottle I purchased to extend this run couple more weeks. I should probably post the 30 day final review and then update the extended days freely

A lot has happened since then. The biggest news ? Re-org plans at work are now clear. We can leave at anytime of course. Choose to commit to stay thru part of next year with benefits or choose to move to facility down 120 miles south. Not an easy decision to make, but at least we have a target date and we have time to plan.

Anyway....

I owe you Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon updates. Will post tonight.

Absolutely. News was much better than we all expected. We were all pretty much set to leave in 60 days and expected the worst.

Your Bruins are killing it. Love Crosby looking helpless.

Good to hear you are being very positive! And certainly isn't horrible news!

Yeah, B's are looking solid. Must admit I loved when Fleury got between the pipes, and the first shot bulged the twine..

Pretty much. My GF and I have been going to same restaurant for the last month or so. We also pre-cook all meals for the week and divide them up into portions to take to work and have for dinner. Not sure how long it would continue, but so far so good.

Good. Thanks !

Slight tightness when I wake up. Then it goes away. Can do every exercise but still can't work chest at any decent weight. The toughest is the dips which I can't do a single one without pain.

Yep, that is definitely the key - having options. The facility is in the suburbs in a good area so that part is good. I plan on doing a check of 1 hour commute radius as they are telling me the cost of living is ridiculous.
