Douchebags at the gym...

Decided to use my girlfriend's free guest pass at Planet Fitness today.. Came in to use smith machine (no free weight benches) & every single smith machine had unracked weight.

Ahhhh!!!! Biggest gym pet peeve!! I hate people that don't put their sh*t back!!!! Makes me want to throw DBs at them!!!!!
That looks like the worst gym ever, ONLY SMITHS!!! Really!!!!!

Haha, trust me.. This is not my gym. I have an old school gym I go to about 20 miles away just because I don't do the commercial gyms. Basically the complete opposite of that place. Just decided to make the woman happy & tell her I'd go with her. LOL

I went to go lift yesterday. Getting ready to deadlift then realize there are no 45s around. Look over to the leg press and it is STACKED. It is the quad pronged(4 bars to put weights on) leg press. 2 of them were completely loaded up with 45s and then all the rest were on the leg press rack. The weights were barely hanging on. In retrospect I should have taken a pic so I wouldn't have to try and explain all this haha. But ya I have never seen anyone who could justify using that much weight. Especially on that leg press because the seat DIGS into your lower back. They have an added pad just because of it. I guess I missed the leg press king haha.

Being that I work out in the morning I have to take a shower at my gym before I go to work. This is where my story starts. I work out at a smaller gym they only have three shower stalls. After my work out I notice that all the shower stalls have their water running but only one person was actually taking a shower. So I figure what ever ill hit the bathroom get my work cloths situated and change. 5 min go by one guy gets into the shower he was warming up, the other guy was still taking his shower, and the last stall was STILL Empty! WTF I have to get to work! Well I say F-it and jump into the show, figuring I would take a quick shower while the other guy played with his pud in the changing stall. Well This D-bag heard me get into the shower he was holding for him self, came over, opened the shower and started screaming at me dropping f bombs telling me to get out of the shower, all while I am ass naked soaped up. I'm no punk nor do I try to be a bad ass but there was no way I was letting this pudgy skinny fat time wasting b-hole disrespect me like that. Had he been nice about it and respectfully asked me to get out because he was just about to get in I would have said ok cool and gotten out. Instead I told that c8nt to get his baby d8ck back in the changing stall and wait till I was done. And just to be an A-hole when I got out I turned the water to ice cold, he screamed like a btch when he jumped in the shower. I should have peed in his shampoo! Man he pissed me off today!

OMG mad props to the dude doing incline, I'd of dropped it on my chest laughing my ass off. The use of pictures has made this thread so much better lately, we must keep this up!

As for the shower story, bro you kept it real and gave that little dbag a taste of his own medicine. Can't be being a stupid little bitch like that and expect not to be messed with. I started envisioning the 50 cent movie shower scene fight lol
 
Disgusting slobs piss me off. We have paper towel dispensers and trash barrells every 20 feet along the walls of my gym. Yet I still find snot rockets on the floor, loogeys on the walls and mirrors, and today I found a huge crusty snot right above one of the paper towel dispensers. WTF??!!??

Had a kid I hadn't seen before show up at the gym last night wearing a knock-off under armour shirt. Goes and does one lift then stands and looks in mirror beside where I was lifting and adjusts his shirt and admires himself a bit. Really funny part is he was doing seated calf raises then was checking out his upper body.
 
Waited to see if anyone was using a bench that had 5 pounds on each side, after ten minutes I finally said **** it and started using it, should have took picture.
 
Saw a guy today using a stability ball to do dumbbell preacher curls (with a 9kg dumbbell). He was hunched over the ball with his legs spread so he didn't fall off... What's the point?? And what happened to good old fashioned lifting?

It seems like every idiot wants to invent a new exercise instead of following a tried and tested routine. I simply don't understand the logic - You can either follow a routine that has been used by literally thousands of people before you, or you can make up some hopeless routine with exercises that have absolutely no physiological or scientific method and wonder why you're A: not getting any results and B: looking like a complete tool in the process.
 
I keep seeing this teenage kid doing biceps. Haven't seen a day where he wasn't doing biceps. There have been times where I saw him do other body parts but everyday seems to be 75% or more biceps. Not a dbag really just kind of funny to watch because this kid is a tall rail. His calves look bigger than his quads. Saw him doing pec deck and I figured he was doing them because he felt them in his biceps haha.
 
I am mini man hear me roar!!!! haha! The guys that grunt so load you look expecting them to have TONS on there chest and really pushing something, but it's mor elike a weight your grandmother can probably lift!

I never rush people, I'm pretty patient. But when someone walks away from a machine after every set and takes a lot of time walking elsewhere.. c'mon.
 
This fat 15 year old and his buddy come into the gym.load up the power rack to squat. I'm like alright kids that actually squat. No. They load it with 225 while this large kid just squats 1/8th a rep whole the other"spots" him.

Then they did the same with the Leg press. I was doing weighted crunches then I turn around after a set to see the "big" kid wearing a shirt that says "yoked" . I lost it, started laughing out loud and got dirty looks. I'm sorry but it was funny as hell.

To the curl boy, I just stumbled upon CT Fletcher the other day on YouTube. That guy lol, "I trained arms everyday for a year and a half"....huge arms though 22"s
 
So, I guess my gym has implemented an MMA/karate class. The instructor looks about 20 years old. Only one kid participates in his class and they spend the majority of the time bowing to each other.

Also, for this kids sake, I hope he is a wizard on the ground because his hands look like what you would expect from a drunken girl fight. Not exactly a douche, but you would expect an instructor to have a higher skill level.

I went to the gym later than usual today due to a rough exam I was studying for. The gym was wrecked. I noticed that it's not even the people that don't rack their weights as the people who KIND OF rack weights that was more annoying. I went to load up the bench and 45's were buried beneath three 10's, a 25 and a 2 1/2. Like you brought it all the way to the rack to put it in the wrong f$cking place?!? Everything is clearly labeled. Why be lazy in the GYM?

The oddest thing happened today... he was doing legs haha. Even did some squats next to me. They were even deep squats granted the form was very iffy. Not sure if later he finished up with some biceps though haha.
 
Today was legs and I was completely out of it. Tripped off the eliptical after my warmup and almost bit it. Then I setting up for squats I reached for my water bottle not paying attention to the bar and smacked my head hard enough for others to hear it (acted like nothing happened but wanted to punch the wall). THEN! In between squat sets I went over to the roman chair just to crack my upper back (often due because of past injuries) and to lazy to adjust fort height and almost completely flipped myself over the front of it. All within first 15 minutes of walking in the door. I'm surprised nobody laughed at me because I would have after the second **** up let alone what I did to myself on the roman chair. I would have been on the floor laughing at me.

I think my karma from posting here is taking action against me :-(

I guess I don't feel so bad about my ALMOST mishap. While doing sumo deadlifts I ALMOST fell backwards at the top of the lift.

Hearing numbers like that makes me wanna quit this fat trimming crap and start eating and picking big things up again. At 205 right now and just feel weak and tired in the gym but I do have more energy out. Ugh.

I guess I don't feel so bad about my ALMOST mishap. While doing sumo deadlifts I ALMOST fell backwards at the top of the lift.
I almost did the same thing on barbell hacksquats. I almost rolled over backwards finishing the second rep. haha Anytime I have had problems with BBHS, it's always on the second rep. First rep is smooth, 8-10 smooth but tough, but that damn second rep always sneaks up on me.
 
Why don't you just make your self at ******* home !!! He was doing dumbbell curls, never used the bench once in the 20 mins he had his **** on it.

Who said anything about being a fat weakling ? I'm anything but fat or weak. Just gotta put the ego aside while cutting down otherwise you may hurt yourself

Haha I was speaking exclusively about myself. Right now I have quite a bit of fat to lose and I am not nearly as strong as I would like. But I will have to drop the volume a bit while I cut.

You can't really tell from the pic because he put his sweatshirt over it, but guy put a belt on for his all-over-the-gym upper body routine.. C'mon man! *Mike Ditka Voice*

Carb Nite Solution: Macros will be around F:150-180g P: 220-250g C: 30> not including fiber with a weekly refeed of gluttonous amounts of carbs with a solid amount of protein staying low fat until the end of the carb window.
