Label recommends 1 per day but a lot will increase to 2 per day but this is dependent on your goals, your weight, how your body receives it, and if you're stacking or not.

cant wait to see some loggers! Was the ingredients changed because the label on my lean-cut is not the same as this

The vote came back today...I tried to pull some strings and get two loggers for Lean-Cut but no luck...
