My motivation for today's workout
 
Main lifts are still continuing to get better.

Good mornings 5 x 5 x 60kg

Front squat at 70% @ 70kg ATG style.

All accessories are contributing to flexibility

G8 is almost gone,,,bummed.

Sweating like a mofo. Closing out log soon which sucks major balls, but I have a pic for progress

As you can see, the lower are coming out, just gotta minimize that fat band we all hate.
BTW, this is after a carb up

I'm in my off season as off today so we shall see a major overhaul for 2 months for serious conditioning, then strength and power which will bring me into pre season then I'm back on strength maintenance for 24months.

Its gonna be fun off season. Glad I have been doing it Finaflex style ;)

I'm glad Zach (EBF Inc) is good with me using and testing/logging other stuff.

I tried four caps thirty minutes before workout and four uncapped in my IGNITE yesterday.....had some nasty veins goin:p
 
I'm gonna uncap em and use with some alphamine later when I get it.

By far, and I have tried a boat load of pre workouts, that max pump is true.

I am yet to use enhanced by PES and that is meant to be crazy good.

I love max pump....jus' sayin'

Today another PR, CG bench press 80kg x 3 x 3.
Dips BW + 30kg x 8 which was awesome.

Focus and recovery is brilliant.

All outta G8 which is just not good!!!

Tomorrow is pull up test at 3 x 3. Lets rock n roll. I know I'm ready.

I am a walking heater.

I've been using G8 for about two weeks now and absolutely love it. Start at a low dose tho :) it's potent lol

if leaning, then that is fine - altho i personally would like more complex and fibrous (with a piece or chunk of fruit included) when i go below 100g carbs

if bulking, then no not too good, you got issues....

Felt sick last night, worst sleep.

I can really feel my G8 missing.

Appetite is still good so I can get my food intake which has been slightly low but will zig zag some calories and get a Refeed today.

Focus is farkin insane.

Ppl talk to me, I just have that tunnel vision.

I will have pics tonight for update cause my gf is here to take them.

Solid as. I have broken PRs whilst on restricted kcals. Impressed to say the least

Big improvement with my flexibility.

Haven't been in here in awhile Runner. Just read up on everything. Been making some badass progress bro! Shows in the #s and in pics. Keep it up man!
