extra warm ups...shiz load of pre-hab. felt fine...

busted out a 85kg O/H press for 1

went from 70kg ------> 85kg x 1

STOKED as a MOFO!!!!

lots of warm ups and pre-hab helped me no doubt...no shiz either...if I had a training partner, a video would be better, but I dont want them to see my workout templates around here.

Fug been a long time for PR's for me as I can't lift the way I did when I was younger. I made the adjustment to lift for size.
 
I followed a strength template super set agonist and antagonist group then work on stabilisers and then core specific

Yesterday was strength test for OHP and then pull ups

1RM ohp
Max pull ups knocking out 20. Btw, that's 6 more than I could before. Dead hang.

This hurt a bit but that focus and endurance got me through.

Complex 1-stabilizers

BB shrug superset DB curls ss close grip pull down

Complex 2 - core
Rear Db delt row ss prone bridge march ss heavy face pulls ss band resisted no monies.


This is my during season template. I'm near end of cricket season and will be doin a body comp change cycle for 8-12 weeks, then strength and power then maintenance

yeah i agree with that
hell i even cycle creatine..is just how i roll
as for "needed" cycling of betaine nitrate - not sure if specific timeframe is advised/required
but you couldn't go wrong with an 8 weeks on/4 weeks off pattern, or even a 6 weeks on/2 weeks off protocol

Thats how id do it too. I may do mine in 12 week intervals though. :eek: :D

legs went jelly. CNS hit a wall...struggling to eat cause that really fried me. That is the hardest I have ever pushed. the eccentric phase was like 4 seconds...

Youch...not too much pain I hope :0....amazing feat of strength :)
 
Been having some real CNS issues myself lately. I am so strong and have so much stamina that I can really push but recovery is a bitch sometimes. I am fried all the fuggin time but I am getting nice and scary big...

It was a surprise to me.

Jigggz, as much as I dont want to, nitrates need to be (especially nitrates) bro...
add some vit C to counteract any pro-oxidation build up and keep it in neutral balance.

I have my LAST serve tomorrow...balls to the wall, lets do this ish'.

Trained cricket tonight. Lots of fitness.
5 x 20m sprints, straight into 5 x 300m shuttles at under 55 seconds, fitness (again) and fielding Batting technique and skills, live drill net session, bowling after my drills.

I have noticed a massive increase in my anaerobic output with power and throwing.

bro, my mouth dropped when I logged onto Nutra to see what was going down.
