I had an absolutely amazing workout today!Pumps were insane!Vascularity was some of the most extreme I've had,I had veins running thru my triceps which is rare,and as you will see from my workout numbers my endurance was good.i really pushed myself today and enjoyed my workout.im sure I will pay for it tomorrow!Also,as I've stated,I'm really enjoying the pumps and vascularity,but the endurance is what I like the most about these products!seems like instead of getting a bit more burnt out each set,I do better up to my last set.

Killin it! I agree.. Endurance is crazy with these products. Fatigue is almost none existent, each set feels like the first.

Ok,so had a simple day today for recovery,did some cardio and abs and 4 sets of 185x10 close grip bench.We are supposed to be getting some bad snow so if something happens and I'm not on here it means I lost power.legs are on the schedule for tomorrow.

read through and finally caught up. awesome sessions and awesome log so far bro, really glad you're enjoying the products so much. Definitely have to agree on the endurance aspect of things, hard to beat this stack in that regard. Vascularity is probably the other main thing I notice, really noticed how much of an effect it had when I last competed

Completely agree with you. Logging the stack as well & I'm more impressed each day.

Thanks,it uses your shoulders more than flat for sure.it used to bother me too,but over time just getting my body used to it at low weight it became much less of a strain on shoulders!

Great #s on the squats! I seem to remember when I was first working out in my 20s that I was squatting 320-360 to start. My last workout I was struggling with 275. I don't know if it's lack of mobility, creakiness, or maybe a defective memory, but I don't know why I'm not doing more on squats when by all accounts I'm a lot stronger now than when I started.

my knees give out long before my legs when doing squats...squats have become so painful i limit them to twice a month tops. instead i have turned to stairclimbing, really good leg workout, imo.

one note...just like using a treadmil is not the same as actual running, using a stairmaster machine is not going to give you the same workout as actually running stairs...i use my aunts apt building-21 flights and usually do a minimum of 4 trips up and down. wearing ankle weights really gives the legs a nice change-up from normal leg routines, imo.

besides being a good workout for the legs stairclimbing is a hellova a good cardio/endurance workout, which becomes even more important for us older guys!!!
 
not sure what ill be doing today,got my lemon drop in the fridge chilling tho,may just be an abs and cardio day.have had so much good food today and want to lift so bad,but need the day for recovery.will check in later.

I need a recovery day today too but am in the same boat. Time for me to down some hemavol and go pound some biceps and a lil shoulder work. My idea of an off day, no powerlifting just fun lil isolations. I call em 'my bodybuilding fundays' lol.

Huge update coming,got great news today and was so pumped I had to move some weight,straight crushed my arms!
 
had such an amazing workout today,pumps were painful too say the least,vascularity is at all time high all day long even upon wakening.Endurance was amazing today as it has been,i literally could not stop,only thing that stopped me was i got hungry.
