yeah, noon to 8 for me too, although I don't count beer or rum or tequila after 8. But then I tend to be in bed or passed out by 11 to midnight, and I have a big meal at 6-7 so its not bad. I've found that a high carb evening meal (or more than a six back of beer) tends to make the morning hunger worse.
 
I was better at multi-quoting than James.

The function on here plays uo a bit though. It is a conspiracy to prevent me from participating in my daily multiquote training.

We also have a livetolift in case we need to replace LiveToLift and there is also a ricroc in case RickRock ever gets boring.
