Congratulations MrMarc... although I will admit your 2nd answer was more sufficient, I think what Green was looking for was something along the lines of what you posted as in it frees up the free floating fatty acids by burning up more fat, or fat more efficiently creating more energy or in english burns more fat therefore releases more energy, the keywords being (burns more fat & creates more energy), all the same Shiz, you had the right idea for sure!

Yes Sir, I was looking for something along the lines of ALC frees up fatty acids in the body making them more readily available for energy use.
