Yes, closest beach is 50 minutes away. I have been spending more time this year going on day trips with my GF because I am in much better shape. Last summer, I was 250+ lbs.

Summary:
I woke up with energy right off the bat. Damn, softball game is Thursday this week. I gotta wait 2 more days. Everything has settled in and now energy is good everyday, skin is clean and I do not feel any soreness or joint pains. Joint pains are strictly from injuries and not from being dry. I am now waking up everyday with a salute and it is "full" all day long ready for action.

Waking up with energy means its going to be a great day at work. You finish your work faster and you are more sociable. I used to look away when hot women walked by. We have this long walkway betwen 2 buildings and there are many opportunities to glance at people walking on the other side. Now I stare them directly in the eye and smile. I don't care if they are out of my league. That is not the point. It's about having confidence and feeling good about yourself. Night and day since last year. Most, do smile back. :)

When I got home, I did not feeli like I needed a nap, so I ate some roast beef and when to the gym. I am trying to make sure I do 2 hour sessions from now on. I will try anyway. This entails 1 hour of cardio (LISS) to start and lifting to finish.

Cardio went great. Sweating profusely again. So much that you could feel the weight of it on you. I had to go into my car to get another as it was getting chilly with air conditioning hitting the wet shirt. Nice 900+ calories burned. Good start.

Back lifting day today. Staring off with Rows. The weight felt great but not so heavy. I just love that I am holding onto my strength while dieting and in some lifts, increasing it. What is it going to be today ??? The answer is "increasing it". 410 lbs felt decent, so instead of going to 430 lbs, I jumped to 5 plates on each side for 450 lbs. Repped out 8 nice reps. It felt amazing. Fished off rows by doing 3 drop sets and my upper back arms were thoroughly pumped. New PR !!! and I hit the end of the road on this lift. No room to add anymore weight. I will continue to try to increase reps for now.

Pulldowns, Pullovers and Barbell shrugs finished off the workout. Pullovers felt especially good today with a nice stretch.

I felt great and walked out of the gym more than satisfied.

I am going to see how my elbows feel tomorrow. No issues today, but elbow pain sometimes show up on initial lift of push exercises. If good on all fronts, I will work shoulders tomorrow. Otherwise, I will postpone it to Thursday and work it after the softball game.

Onto tomorrow.

Each day is becoming a good one and the streak continues. Feeling energized and in good mood. High in confidence and alpha in the gym. Everything is A-OK !

I have been taking close to 36 grams of BCAA per day. On tough days, 48 grams. I drink this with workout and throughout the day. It has worked wonders for me. A quick shout out to AI Sports and it’s RecoverPro Lemon. I can literally drink this all day. It has replaced any flavored drink I normally consume daily. No more ice tea, diet soda, coffee….nothing. It has drastically help me reduce my caffeine intake.

Back to EBF. It is an amazing feeling not to have bloating throughout the day. It makes you feel lighter and not weighed down. I don’t know how I survived without Recompadrol. I know how….sluggish. After eating, I seem to eliminate it quickly and completely during regular bathroom visits, or my muscles are pumped up like crazy with veins showing everywhere. I can only say that this probably means Recompadrol helps utilize nutrients taken in and disperse it throughout the body quickly. Any remaining is removed as waste. A very efficient system I’d say and I love it.

Today is shoulders and cardio. I had some errands to run so I did not have a lot of time. I decided to get shoulders in first and then finish off with cardio until gym closing.

For every lifting workout, I have gradually worked to decrease number of sets. Today I did 18 sets for shoulders. Started with my Smith Shoulder press. Again, I felt strong right away and pumped out those reps with purpose. 245 lbs felt really good, so I thought I could push the limits. I went for 265 lbs and then 295 lbs. 295 lbs is a personal best and I got 3 reps. PR !!! It’s amazing how my strength continues to go up on calorie deficit diet. Is this an ultimate stack for me ??? I think so.

Quick drop set, then five sets each of laterals and upright rows and I was done lifting. I had 45 minutes and got in a quick cardio session for 700 calories. I felt great. I will take tomorrow off from lifting to give my joints a break and back to lifting on Friday. Tomorrow is softball !!!

Onto tomorrow.

500 bench ??? Holy crap. My joints are aching already. I actually did bench today. Did 335 x 2 plus 1 assisted rep with a spotter. It felt great ! I will tape it next time.
